Best restaurant in Sozopol so far !

We tried more than 10 items from the menu and EVERYTHING was PERFECT. We have tried more than 7 restaurants in Sozopol and not a single one of them met our expectations, until we booked a table in Spices. This was the one we were looking for and our evening turned out to be a total success ! Great atmosphere and great food. Service was fine, the food was tasty and good looking ! Prices are absolutely relative to the quality ! Hands down the best restaurant I have been to in Sozopol.

Best sushi place in Sozopol

We were looking for some places that offer sushi here and we saw Spices so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant is at the yacht port so the view is beautiful especially at night. Our waitress was extremely polite, smiley and caring. The food came quickly. The sushi was really good. One of the best restaurants in Sozopol! We would visit again!

The most beautiful view of the sunset. Delicious food Panko shrimp are amazing . the waiter is very kind, recommended tiramisu dessert. It was great. Thanks for a nice evening. we are with you again next summer

Amazing view, alright and overpriced food, horrendous and ridiculously slow service

Had high expectactations with my dinner date, as soon as seated it took easy over 15-20min for a waiter to acknolewdge us. View and setting was quite romantic, food was nothing special but SERVICE was absolutely horrible, crazy long wait times for every little thing, dirty dishes sat on the table the whole time, severely understaffed establishment with very poor management. With the variety of great places around that was first and last visit to Spices. A pathetic experience like this deserves minus 2 stars and def a huge discount on the bill which never happened. Bad exereience

The most awful places we have ever been in Sozopol.We waited for almost two hours to get our courses. No adäquate service At a table fir four we got 2 main courses after one hours the remaining two! No apologies on side of the Management „Bad luck“ thats what they said. Never visit them again!!!!,

Nice restaurant

Good food , more european seafoo than bulgarian, good for quality-price. Situated write in the port of sozopol in the old part of the city. We had a dinner for 3 adults and 2 children it cost us 130 leva ( about. 70€). They tend to be a posh restaurant but there is still a problem with the service and they had some interrupion of elektrisity but the restaurant is ok.

Disappointing

With nice location, was exited hoping I discovered a new good restaurant. Had a jumbo pork chop that came with dark brown french fries. Let’s call it what it was , shell we... they where burned. My son had also salmon. Came with the same side dish. Burned french fries. Service was also not so cool. We had a moody waiter , when was also engaged in redecorating the space. Moving table , helping restocking the bar. For sure next time, we’ll it will not be a next time.

Best place to eat seafood, drink wine and have fun at the bar after that

Great service, perfectly cooked seafood....but what about the view from the restaurant and that beautiful sunset that we catch. We have tried one french wine (don't remember the name) which was delicious! Totally recommend the palce!

We agree it is the best quality in Sozopol!

We booked just two hours before and we got a nice table on the low terrace at the level of the yacht harbour sea. Food and service were just great: we had a tasty tomato-burrata-pesto salad and even tastier main courses: we recommend the young veal rib eye steak and the lavrak fish fillet. Pricey for Sozopol, but worth the extra pay!

We wanted to have a nice dinner in this restaurant, because of the view... We have reserved a comfortable table and manager has showed it to us and promised us that we would seat there. Then we walked around the city and after that we returned to this restaurant. And our reserved table was free, but this manager gave us another one and the service was terrible. She gave us the most uncomfortable table in another place. They tried to spoil our evening, and we will never come back there. There are a lot of another nice restaurants in Sozopol, without such awful service and attitude.

The food was ok., but we was waiting almost 45 minutes before we got it. The drink menu was only in Bulgarian and the waiter could not translate to English. The toilets was fancy, but it was dirty. We was expecting more of this restaurant, because all the positive comments. We will not come back because it’s a lot of another restaurant which have more tasty food. And it was expensive!

We had a great beautifull dinner on the marina with the romantic lights of Sozopol. This place has a very nice elegant exquisite interior and the food was perfect. I had Bulgarian salad and Rost beef steak. As a bad point I can say that the cucambers were not peeled, but the beef was sooo delicious. Excellent!
