This restaurant got worse. It used to have very polite young waiters. Now you get careless service and disrespectful fish seller’s manners for the 10% of service that they include automatically in their bills. We went there to have a nice evening. Watch the sunset...with some good food and drinks. At the end of the day, we simply left with a bitter taste. My friend complained about the waiter’s manners and the absence of waiters in general whenever we needed something. The manager never bothered coming and asking whether we were satisfied or not. They didn’t even say « thank you » when we were leaving. For an expensive restaurant, this is unacceptable. Now that I think about it, I should have simply refrained from paying the service fee. That would have been the best thing to do in this situation. The food was just OK.More

This restaurant on the southern edge of Ngapali bay was a bit of hike, as we were staying on the very northern end of the two-mile beach. But the beautiful view of the southern part of the bay, with all the colorful boats on the...water and the palm fringed coastline, was definitely worth the hike. The food was quite good and the service was pleasant. The menu is pretty extensive with a lot of choice. Highly recommend eating here, at least once, if you are visiting Ngapali.More

Prices are pretty reasonable for such a special location. Most of staff there was very kind and smiling but the girl bringing the plates and drinks at our table wasn't very polite to my Burmese friend, maybe because they are used mostly to foreigners? Barracuda...filet was a little bland but I loved the scotch banana pancakes, one of the best pancakes that you can find in this country. Be prepared that you might get a little wet but it's a really nice experience.More

Had lunch and an evening meal here. The location is wonderful with great views of the beach and sunset. Made even more fun by having to paddle to get there depending on the tides. The avocado salad and fresh grilled fish were particularly good.

The spectacular sunset view and great quality food but not cheap. They don’t use MSG and food taste is quiet nice. I had tuna salad, morning glory salad and prawn curry. The staff are kind and can communicate in English well. Worth the visit and...had some nice pictures taken there.More

We ate here on our last night at Ngapali in Feb 2020. After reading some average reviews I was a bit worried, but needn't have been. The food was of a very high standard. Not cheap but fantastic quality. We ate squid and a Rahkine...curry, which were both super tasty. The cocktails were great too. Very professional and a step up from the standard beach ones. Fantastic view too.More

We had dinner twice here during our short visit to Ngapoli beach. Really good food, excellant service and best of all was the location! We had to get the floating bridge back as the tide had come in, all very professional. Yes, the menu is...more expensive than other places here but definately worth the visits.More

We had lunch at PVI twice during our week long stay at Ngapali and loved the well prepared and cooked fresh food. The Rakhine traditional soup was full of vegetables and chicken and their squid marsala curry not only smells delicious , but tastes amazing...too!More

This is a lovely restaurant with the best view in the area. The prices are very good value and they sell a whole range of drinks, although the alcohol content of the cocktails seemed low. The food itself was good as was the service. The...toilets are nice and clean which is a bonus.More

Beautiful location on a stone outcropping off the beach. The seafood was good but not up to the quality we've had elsewhere in the Ngapali. The staff were pleasant enough but not as friendly and attentive as elsewhere in Ngapali. We wouldn't go back as...the food matters more to us than the view.More

We are staying at the Pleasant View Resort and this restaurant is part of the resort, although you can't charge to your room like the other restaurant here. The view is beautiful. When the water is low you can walk to the restaurant on the...sand, but when the tide comes up you have to take a raft set on barrels back. Our trip back last night was harrowing, although it is shallow water, it is a crazy, crazy ride!More

Beautiful setting, excellent food and service. Yes it's almost 50% more for food and drink than restaurants on the road but definitely worth it. Prices are around 9-10k compared to 6k normally. 4k for large Myanmar beer. I had the coconut prawn curry which was...amazing, the prawns where so fresh. Highly recommendedMore

Looking out across the white beach, on a large rock is a beautiful restaurant with 360 degree view. Wonderful menu with a wide range of meals. Great service and atmosphere.... so good we went back every second day :)

The first time was good and we really liked the place, the view and the service. However, the second time we were disappointed by the food. I ordered the anchovy salad and it was made of little dry fish and oignon! The fish didn’t look...like anchovy at all and they should mention that it’s made of “dry” fish. I was expecting something else. That fish is the cheapest in Ngapali but the price was 6000 kyats... The seafood platter was tasteless, especially the squid. Really hard to chew and no taste. Only the prawn was good enough. The pancake with honey was just awful... Don’t even know what to say about it. For our first time, we ordered the scotch pancake and that was really good. Conclusion: If you’re looking for food, better to find another restaurant and most of them are pretty good in Ngapali. If you want to have a great view and a drink watching the sunset, then this restaurant is perfect for you. Note that you have to call them in advance and make a reservation because the next tables are always busy.More

Credit cards for sure because we used the credit card. As for US dollars usually the restaurants accept it so it might work. Just ask when you make the reservation
