Amazing experience. The menu was varied and unique and our food was fantastic. Our waiter was so helpful and attentive. And finally the outdoor setting was perfect. Highly recommend!

Lovely dinner spot with great views of the outskirts of Zion NP. Had the trout and the cheesecake, both of which were excellent.

One of my favorite meals when visiting Zion was most definitely at the Spotted Dog Cafe. The service was outstanding, dishes were fresh and had amazing flavor, and the views from the outside patio where I was seated were gorgeous. The lemon cake was also...hands down one of my FAVORITE desserts I've ever had. If you're thinking of eating here, 10/10 recommend this amazing dining experience!!More

My wife and I ate at the Spotted Dog after a day of hiking. We both ordered the trout - and it was phenomenal! The service is great as well.More

Delicious food, beautifully presented. I had the trout and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and efficient and the view of the mountains was lovely.

Day One. Hadn't booked and were advised there would be a 20 minute wait. After 10 mins we were shown to our table. She had the meatloaf, I had the lamb shank. Superb. Anna looked after us well. Day Two. Decided to go back. No...wait. We shared the Hummus plate and she had the beef ribs and I had the Tuna which had obviously skipped the searing. Hayley sorted things out with elacrity. Both meals and service were the best we have had in the 12 days we have been in the USA. Highly recommended. Can't understand why it isn't No 1!More

Food drinks and service were good. Nothing was outstanding but we enjoyed our dining experience. Would eat here again when in Springdale

I had a nice dinner here. It was a little pricey, but this is a tourist town after all. My green salad was competently prepared, the wild game meatloaf was actually quite good, and the creme brulee dessert was only so-so. I would come here...again but I wouldn't make a special trip.More

Best meal in Springdale! We had a wonderful dinner here during our three day visit to Zion. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Went to Spotted Dog for dinner while visiting Zion. It was excellent. Service was great. We ate inside because that was first available. Restaurant inside is quite large but very nice. Overall great experience.

Not kid/teen friendly. My 14 year old and I ate this restaurant on 6/28/22 - We were seated in the back of the restaurant and had a wonderful view - a deer was even standing outside our window for a short duration. The food was...excellent. We ordered the Brie and chutney for an appetizer. I had the meatloaf and my son ordered the kids cheeseburger for dinner, I highly recommend the meatloaf. The two star rating is due to the attitude of our waiter - Josh who was not teen friendly. My son has a stomach disorder and so for vacation he was sticking to items that were on his safe list. I called the restaurant prior to make sure he could order the cheeseburger since it was ONLY on the kids menu and they assured me it was. Josh laughed at my son when he ordered it and then proceeded to intentionally embarrass him by bringing him crayons to our table. We told Josh that we don't require crayons and he said well I am leaving them here anyway. I told my son we could leave but he said we don’t need to have this guy ruin our dinner. Please train your staff appropriately. I believe Josh was upset due to the low cost of my sons menu choice or he was just being insensitive. I could only imagine how he may have treated a child with a more severe disability.More

We were seated at a table in the back with a beautiful view; service and food (Ahi tuna and fork-tender lamb shank) were excellent!
