Service was outstanding, no shade to the front of house staff at all. However, selection was very limited and not well described, and the food once it arrived was only ok. The beef was a little underdone. I’m not normally any kind of steak snob...but *for the prices charged* I expect a good understanding of rare/medium/well and no argument with what a customer prefers. I also noted a lot of ingredients weren’t local… when the philosophy was what attracted us here.More

This is a place where the food is worth a wait if there is a line. Very good service and with an attention to details. Every one's brunch dish was outstanding. Fresh farm to table.

We were not impressed with our meal here. Service was attentive but the food was just okay. It was like they are trying too hard. Just look at the menu and how many ingredients they list for each dish. we each had the Three Sisters...and were surprised by the tower of food that was delivered. It looked very much like and appetizer and everything was so piled together that I couldn't separate out the different elements that I had looked forward to tasting. Perhaps their meat offerings are more logical and better tasting. We wish we had instead eaten at Bird & Jim a second night.More

My wife and I recently spent a few days in Estes Park, CO. We ate at several area restaurants during our stay. The best by FAR was Seasoned-An American Bistro. The chef is created and gifted. I highly recommend the Surf & Turf. It is...as unique as it is delicious, and it is VERY delicious! The servers at Seasoned are adept at Customer satisfaction. Our server, Alexsandra, was attentive (without hovering), pleasant and knowledgeable. She definitely added to our pleasurable experience. Although we've bee to Estes Park several times over the years, we were not familiar with Seasoned. It is now on our must visit list when we return.More

Seasoned is the best restaurant in Rocky Mountain National Park. Their menu changes often, but everything is delicious. My husband and I had dinner there in July, enjoyed it so much, we cancelled our dinner reservation at a different restaurant for the next night and...went to Seasoned for our 2nd night with friends. We had the Cheese Puffs as an appetizer, enough to split, and they are scrumptious. I had the green salad, with the best greens I've had in years. My entree was the Three Sisters- a vegetarian dish with acorn squash, sweet potatoes, pinto beans and wonderful seasonings. My husband had an excellent pasta dish. On our 2nd night we both had the scallops which were well prepared and cooked just right. The honeycomb/ice cream with rhubarb dessert was excellent. Everything we had was beautifully prepared and well presented. The outdoor patio is a pleasant setting, the service was excellent, and the drinks were great. Excellent dining experience.More

Based on the recommendation of our AirB&B host, we enjoyed an excellent dinner at Seasoned. The food was outstanding, from first course to main course with wine pairing to dessert. Exquisite and creative flavors and presentation. Service was friendly and most attentive and we liked...the ambiance. In fact, we returned for a second dinner the following night. All dishes we tried were excellent, including the corn soup, green salad with tomatoes, the Three Sisters - a delicious vegetarian dish, scallops, and pork shoulder. The desserts were excellent and unique - we tried the Hunny Cup and butterscotch pudding. We highly recommend this restaurant - the very best in Estes Park!More

We had a horrible experience when celebrating my wife's birthday. We had requested ahead a special dish and a specific table. When we arrived our table was not available and instead of apologizing, the host tried to argue that we didn't make the request because...he didn't find a record of it. He proceeded to give us the worst table in the house (at the entrance to the kitchen and to the restrooms). Eventually the waiter brought out our special request, duck en croute, to show us the completed baked entree for two. Unfortunately he did not return with the plated dinners for about ten minutes. By then the entree was luke warm so we asked him to warm it up. So this brought the chef/owner to our table claiming that the duck was cooked to the perfect wellness. We tried to explain that we only wanted the entree to be warmer, but he would not listen. To our amazement he then asked us to leave! Never in my life have I been kicked out of a restaurant, but hear we were... simply for saying the dinner was not warm enough.More

We had never before asked a table to leave. However, we value the staff we employ and we will always protect them. Your table was asked to leave because you were disruptive, rude and belligerent to our staff. Your attitude of entitlement went beyond acceptable...More

We went twice there, and place is good but for the quality they offer they price is not going together . They have very good vegetarian options, but some of those have a lot fry food . I would say they 4 star on vegetarian...dishes. We order steak and the steak is good , and it coming with fry potato and deep fry mushroom, deep fry it just ok. It just ok restaurant , overpriced for what they offer. The waitress have mask on with gloves on, can’t understand words she saying We not planning go backMore

This is a fantastic semi-hidden Jem! Not inexpensive but so well worth it. When you are first seated you are given a small glass of champaign! Everything gets better from there. The menu is limited but it's only printed for today. We had a choice...of 4 entree's, but I think it covered everyone's tastes. Unfortunately, they all sounded delicious. It was a hard decision to make. We overcame and had some of the best food ever. We will return.More

We dined at Seasoned during our vacation at EP. This really is a very pretentious restaurant with super expensive menu prices as others have noted. The dining area is small and tables are packed very close together. The ambiance and service is very average and...not at all worthy of the prices. Several other restaurants in EP offer fine dining with a better views and ambiance, and more reasonable prices.More

I don’t mind paying for a great meal. However, at this restaurant, the food was good and service was adequate but neither could compensate for the price. To add a SINGLE scallop to an already overpriced vegetarian pasta dish was $15! I cannot recommend this...restaurant.More

The name Seasoned is a perfect name for this restaurant. Each meal was well seasoned and the flavors were amazing. Our family tried the beef and the bison as well as the corn fritters. And the PB and chocolate torte was amazing. I would have...loved to have given this restaurant a 5 and really think they deserve more than a 4, but we were a bit disappointed and here’s why. The restaurant offers 5 entrees and we were very much interested in ordering the chicken and the pasta entrees but both were out so we had to go with secondary choices. We arrived at 7:45pm so it really didn’t seem like they should be running out of food this early in the evening. We are from the East Coast and a 7:45pm dinner is not really that late. But we were told it was the end of the evening and therefore they were out of some ingredients. All in all, it was still a very good meal and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back again and just go earlier.More

This dinner was to celebrate my mothers 85th birthday and came as a recommendation from our B&B. The reservation was made months in advance. We were greeted with custom printed menus that greeted us with a “Happy Birthday!” (Nice touch). The menu was eclectic with...heavy Latino influence likely from Cinci de Mayo being the day before. We were excited by the prospect as we had found several menus online that included Elk, Bison, Sable and other unique dishes. Unfortunately none of these were on the menu that night which featured 6 mains, several that included hot peppers - two in our party have a no-heat palate which limited choices a bit although Seasone was able to modify some of the preparations and remove these items. The food was good, the service very attentive, and the ambience was upscale although clientele spanned from the causal to well dressed. Nice to be able to enjoy fine food in any attire, I really love that about Colorado.More
