After plopping down almost $50 for lunch for a family of four, I’ll say it was worth every penny. The sandwiches were huge and the chicken was nicely seasoned. Everybody left happy and full (but skip the bathroom if you can help it)!

WOW. BirdHouse was one of our favorite places to get fried chicken, especially here in Arizona!
Located in Downtown Page, this counter service restaurant serves great and tender chicken. Three flavors to choose from - Original, honey glazed, and spicy. Five of us ordered 24 pieces of chicken (which we were told was a lot but we were so hungry since we didn’t eat lunch and we showed up for early dinner). 12 pieces came with 2 large sides so we got 4 large sides as we ordered 24 (mix of thighs and drumsticks). The mashed potatoes and seasoned fries were great options for sides.
Overall, would definitely recommend stopping at Page for BirdHouse and fresh and good fried chicken!

This was a fun stop, our son loves fried chicken, so was very excited to go here. The chicken drumsticks were overcooked, so that was a huge disappointment. I had the chicken sandwich with honey butter and it was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a while! Not a fancy sit down meal, but overall good.

Our party of 10 came to the Birdhouse after a long day on the lake. We order the chicken, broccoli salad, fried and coleslaw. What a great surprise. The chicken was ready in a matter of minutes and served piping hot to our table, along with the fresh sides and salads. We won't miss coming back to the Birdhouse for every trip to Page. Great service, fast and friendly service, fabulous food with optional sauces, flavors, and extras. Highly recommended....especially if you like fresh, tasty, juicy and perfectly cooked fried chicken.

Looks like an old Sonic location but the fried chicken is decent, but not great. We ordered the two piece and they gave us three pieces because they said the pieces were small. Nice touch. The chicken was slightly over cooked but still moist and the spicy selection was not as spicy as expected.

Food so nice, we came back twice!!! No joke! We were staying overnight in Page and were looking for someplace to eat for dinner. After seeing the good reviews, we have BirdHouse a shot! Sabrina was extremely welcoming and provided some solid recommendations from their menu. We had the chicken tender combo, made “Eddie’s Special” style! It’s an off the menu flavor, but is a combo of their Spicy Nashville Hot Dry Rub and their honey butter. SO GOOD!!! We also had the side of Mac and Cheese which was perfectly creamy and cheesy. The food was cooked perfectly and was definitely made it order as it was piping hot when served.
We got some donuts to go as well, and enjoyed a little later.
We went back to our hotel and kept thinking about how good it was and decided to go back the next day to have it again!
We enjoyed our round 2 meal for lunch the next day and I added some of the dry rub to the Mac and Cheese for some extra kick too!
BirdHouse is a local favorite for a reason, and we can’t wait for our next trip that goes through Page.
A special shout-out to Sabrina and the crew for making our experience so welcoming and memorable. See you again soon!!

So to start my wife has flown me to Charleston and Atlanta in the past just so I could get some good fried chicken. For me GiGi’s in Buffalo, NY was the gold standard until we stopped here by chance after kayaking antelope canyon. (Hidden Canyon Kayak really treated us to a great day and also shouted you out for lunch . The other couple from our group showed up to )
Many chicken places try to win you over with sides and pass off average chicken. The chicken here is the main event it is one of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had, crispy , moist flavorful but not greasy and I’m a fried chicken Sommelier
* Also some side Kudos. Excellent covid business model. Not over the top but not ignorant to reality. The staff was over the top friendly and social. They engaged with every table and were super quick and efficient with cleaning and preparation. I felt safe and welcomed what a truly hidden gem you have out here in Page

The chicken was super delicious and their sauces added to the flavors. The crinkle fries were uniquely spiced, and also went to well with the dipping sauce. The prickly pear margaritas were an unexpected treat. Despite the very casual eating area where you collected all your own utensils, there was constantly very friendly staff around asking if everything was good and ready to take away your trash. I would definitely recommend!

Don't know if it was how famished I was after my kayak & hiking adventure, but the food was delicious. Everyone who recommended BirdHouse said I should try the chicken sandwich and they are not wrong!
I asked the gals to recommend how they would prefer to have it fixed and they recommended the Eddie - a mix of spicy and honey butter (I believe) - and it was divine!
Super cute spot in the middle of town, not too big with both indoor and outdoor options.
Highly recommend!

Ok folks, it is chicken but this is exceptional. The line was long, but you waited in line longer then after you order and receive your meal. Service was extremely quick. Food was very hot and done to perfection. We ordered the whole chicken, 1/2 original and 1/2 honey butter. Both were excellent. I am not a fan of hard rock head banging music which kind of turned me off, but that is me. Little expensive for what you get, but what isn't now days.

Stopped here based on reviews. Thought we were driving into an old Sonic. Gals working were super friendly...place wasn’t super crowded when we got there but after we sat down the crowds followed. Yummy chicken similar to Canes (but better). Fresh, crispy not salty not a lot of fat or filler. Ordered some Mac n cheese which was stellar and fries good too. Thanks Reviewers!

We came to check out their chicken here on the advice of our daughter who had eaten there recently while visiting the area. I usually don't care for the chicken skin and pull it off. Not here! I ate every bit of my chicken breast. We had it with the honey butter drizzled on it before it is served and it was delicious. Located in what looks to be an old fast food drive in, you don't come here for the ambiance. You come here because they have figured out a great way to cook chicken.I would have given them 5 stars, but the bathrooms need some major attenion. Despite this, I will certainly come back next time I am in the area.

We are staying and hiking in the area, noticed the marquee, and ate elsewhere on Wednesday as they were closed. Met a bunch of people Thursday who recommended Bird House and ordered original and honey tenders, mac and cheese, coleslaw, fries and donut holes. This is the best fried chicken I have ever eaten!!! The dipping sauces and sides were great as well, perfection. The staff was super nice and helpful and the place is a well oiled machine. The should go national. They would dominate.

Chicken sandwich was nicely put together with a roll that didn't fall apart and some pickles and sauce. I just wish it had had more flavor -- either in the chicken coating, or the sauce. Wound up having to put my own sauce on to make it yummier. The staff are super friendly, and it's so nice to sit outside on a beautiful day. Good fries too!

After reading the reviews, I made a stop in Page specifically for the Birdhouse experience. I'm glad I did! Customer service was amazing with cashier making real conversation that made me feel valued. Manager came outdoors to check that everything was good. Got the Original wings with spicy dipping sauce as recommended by the cashier and they were great! Also serves IPA beer to go along with the wings. The outdoor dining was comfortable and spacious enough to feel safe during COVID. Go check it out!
