I love Cafe Nero but the staff in this particular branch are by far the worst I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. I do not say this lightly. Yesterday we were greeted by an expressionless young man who could barely communicate and was...clearly wanting to be anywhere other than work. However that experience was surpassed this morning by a country mile by the two female staff. Rude doesn’t even go to describe how poorly they were speaking to customers. My colleague who arrived earlier was visibly shaken and I faired no better. Even when I asked with a smile for the code for the bathroom I came close to having my head bitten off. I’d love to share my experience with senior management at Cafe Nero so please reach out as these people are literally ruining your brand.More

Service was adequate but our person behind the counter must had been having a bad day. He was acting oddly and nearly bit my head off when I attempted to ask a question about the product he was serving. Petty behavior when you drill down....My wife’s food item tasked like mush and mine was cold in the center and tasted pretty bad itself. The hot chocolate was good.More

Stopped for a light lunch. Had a ham and cheese sandwich. My wife had an Italian on focaccia. We both had the pomegranate lemonade. Was a nice lunch, sandwiches were very nice but i really liked the lemonade.

Place is dirty, 6 people behind the counter chatting between them and no one taking care of customers. When asked to please be served the lady was rude, like why you bother me ?

The cafe feels very welcoming. Comfortable seating and nice atmosphere. The coffee is much better than typical cafes around that area. Sandwiches/muffins OK as well.

A real neat coffee shop. They had plenty of muffins, sandwiches, croissants and more. It was a bit cold and we wanted some hot chocolate so we stopped in. The seating areas were very nice. They had some tables, couches and some real comfortable chairs....We checked out their menu and it seemed to have some very good breakfast options. Maybe next time.More

Visited here a couple of times whilst in Boston on holiday. The last time was on the morning of 24th May. Wow! the customer service was something else. Two miserable Barista's, why do the job if you don't want it. No, "Good Morning", No "Please"...or "Thank you". I asked for 'stirrers/spoons' to mix the sugar into the coffee (which was not hot) only to be told with the miserable face that they weren't any. I asked what I should do only to be ignored. I asked for a straw to mix it only for one of them to come up to the station, open a drawer which was full of wooden stirrers. No apology, she filled the container and walked off. Thank goodness staff are pleasant to their customers in the UK. Needless to say will not be visiting again in we revisit Boston.More

We are not coffee drinkers but were looking for a quick snack/lunch before a tour. We had the ham & cheese baguette, prosciutto baguette and a blueberry muffin. It was all AMAZING and we were pleasantly surprised. Cute place!

Caffe Nero is just a cafeteria. You can find bread, coffe and not more. There are some tables and seat to drink the coffee and nothing else.

Sexy bi-level room, brick walls, open communal tables. And who knew the Brits could do coffee concoctions better than the Yanks? Certainly more posh and interesting than another standard suburban Starbucks and half the wait time

So glad to find Cafe Nero in Boston, our favorite UK coffee shop. Not sure what they do, but their Flat White is the best we've ever had. Really nice ham and cheese breakfast croisants as well. What a treat!

I stopped in here to get coffee while on my way to a meeting, and was really pleased with my latte. I don't normally drink coffee but needed a jump-start during this cold weather, and my latte was a good balance of coffee and foamy...milk. I also had a good avocado toast, which came with eggs on top (something I don't always see on avocado toast). The service was a bit slow, so plan for a bit of extra time if you're coming here on your way to a meeting.More
