The meal and service were perfect from start to finish. We had lobster and tuna starter. Honestly never had anything so perfectly prepared.

I am a gourmet cook. My dish was fresh, seasoned well and not salty. Excellent bartender. I would eat here again. Highly recommend.

Overall service was very good, both the lobster dinners were a bit chewy (slightly over cooked). The Fish dishes - (Bronzino) were unbelievably excellent. Overall a very nice evening.

We started with the caviar which was excellent, it came with billinis toast points and all the fixings. Next we shared the Lobster Risotto which was hands down the best risotto we have ever had. And finished with the Lobster, it was cooked perfectly and...tasted amazing. Servers were extremely nice and attentive would definitely return upon our next visitMore

I would give it more than five stars if I could! We had an excellent dinner and the restaurant lived up to the hype. It’s a nicer restaurant, so worth wearing a collared shirt at the least! We loved the fresh oysters, octopus, carpaccio, shishito...peppers and sea bass tartare. Also had an excellent dessert called the Snow Egg! The kids loved seeing the fish on display. Excellent, excellent! Amazing for business dinners or special nights out as well!More

Came for a wonderful dinner and we received an experience. It is a very upscale restaurant that knows how to let their guests have a relaxed and delicious experience. The food was excellent. The service never felt rushed. Drinks were always full and napkins folded...if you got up from your seat. I would highly recommend: 1) Oysters 2) Yellowfin Tuna Tartare 3) Sea Bass Tartare 4) Grilled Spanish Octopus 5) Ricotta Gnocchetti- Maine Lobster, Beech Mushrooms, Black Truffle- A MUST 6) Small Leaf Heirloom Kale Salad The restaurant is beautiful. I would go with family, friends or a business dinner.More

We made a reservation for our daughter's birthday when we came out of town to send her to MIT. The place is upscale and matches its ratings in great food and great service. The seabass tartare with black truffle is so delicous! The server was...courteous and informative. It was a pleasant surprise when the server brought out icecream sorbet medley with a lit candle and birthday greetings written in chocolate!More

I am no stranger to fine dining, and have dined in some of the top restaurants in the world. There are no shortage of similar patrons in Boston, as the restaurant was full. Service excellent s expected, ambiance very good, noise level acceptable. The special...of the day, which I often shy away from was halibut, but Ella our server sold me with her enthusiasm for the dish, for which I am grateful. It was the best halibut I have ever had period, after a nice selection of oysters to prepare the palate. The corn chowder base, the truffles and chanterelles totally complimented the fish. In Bostonian jargon it was wicked awesome!More

We came here to celebrate my Husband's Birthday and the food was excellent. The waitress was very attentive and gave us recommendations as well as a Birthday dessert. The wine is pricey but we found a reasonably priced Chardonnay from the Finger Lakes. The only...downside was it was very noisy when we first arrived and could hardly hear our waitress. It did quieten down a bit later.More

Upon entering, the place feels upscale and elegant. Started with a good random malbec into Carpaccio that was excellent, best I've had with layers of mushroom, truffle, melt in your mouth beef, to finish with a slight sweet lemon. Influenced by the carpaccio and waitress...recommendation, I got lured In and went risk on for roasted local monkfish with Vermont mushrooms. Should have gone risk off for the paella with lobster, shrimp, octopus, squid, mussels, chorizo, and I forget what else. The monkfish was light and a bit dry, requiring swishes in the mushroom sauce. It wasn't bad, just kind of eh. I was done with it because I didn't want any more, not because the plate was cleared. The wife's filet was good but "not the best" as she said. It was a generally average filet, with a bit of a char that wouldn't be pleasing to all, and I thought whatever they drizzled on it was a bit sweet and didn't compliment the steak. At the same time the filet itself was rather bland. A better idea would be to do the filet with the Vermont mushroom stuff instead of the monkfish; the earthiness would have complimented her dish better than mine. Good service and upscale atmosphere complete with some weird background club music and loud conversations that filled the restaurant. Despite their dress code listed on their website and attempted elegence, people were still in jeans, t-shirts, and shorts in a loud restaurant. They tried.More

The fish was excellent. In principle, I could stop right here, because I would disregard any other nuisance just to have the food again. However service was attentive and pleasant and the space inviting. True, as someone else wrote, it gets loud later in the...evening. But if you have a reservation at 6 is is extremely pleasant. The octopus dish was perfectly cooked and the interplay of the acidic sauce with the crunchy octopus bites was superb. The black code was seasoned perfectly (although you missed two bones) and copious. So no real side dishes needed. Dessert was delicious. Overall definitely coming back next time I am in town.More
