Went with another couple and was totally displeased with service. Without a doubt the food is phenomenal, but the rude and delayed service is inexcusable. It is unfortunate that you travel so far to try such a highly-regarded restaurant, and have such a tremendous let...More

Wanted a place that would impress me. Was blown away by the seafood. Really enjoyed the oysters and especially the lobster roll. The fries are great too!!

This place was awesome. It's small and busy but worth the wait... luckily we found two spots at the end of the bar quickly. The bartender was very sweet and helpful. The Lobster Roll warm with butter is the only way to go. Crab claws...More

Yeah, you think you are the hype of the season in Boston, but i guess you are not going to last, if you keep being as unhelpful and irritating as you have been with our family. Waiters and waitresses think they are important just because...More

This is the best lobster roll I've ever had in my life. It is absolutely worth the wait for a table! This will be my very first stop on my next trip back!

I always seemed to get to Boston a couple of times a year and Neptune Oyster is always on my list. Their menu is a little limited but it all looks great - the oysters, mussels, and lobster rolls are exceptional. I’d like to try...More

Yes, Boston is busy in July. But I have never waited 45 minutes for a table for lunch (which I guess for this restaurant is good). I am glad we did. One of the best meals we have ever had. Definitely the BEST scallops we...More

Arguably the worst lobster roll I’ve ever had. Not worth the 2 hour wait. If visiting Boston go to legal Harbor Side or the Barking Crab by far better lobster rolls at both places. The oyster here were excellent though. The bartender was friendly the...More

Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like
being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and
Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants,
bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part
in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or
Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma
sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s
home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church

They say they can not accommodate to go orders. Even if you eat there and ask for an extra to take home, they won’t. They say their kitchen does not accommodate the ability to do so.

I don't know for sure, but it is a very tightly squeezed space, and I really cannot imagine how a high chair could fit.
