On a business trip, we chose to go to this little spot for brunch. We couldn’t have been happier! This is a neighborhood diner and it seems well loved by its community. My wife and I enjoyed the food and the local company of those...sitting around us. Of course we had the Chocolate French Toast covered in strawberries and bananas! Very good! Very small diner in Little Italy neighborhood of Boston, so expect to be sitting next to someone else. Prices are very reasonable, BUT cash only. So prepare to enjoy your food, and pay in cash.More

Friendly staff and great food! Lots of choice on the menu and large, delicious portions. Limited space inside but well worth waiting for a table. The staff don’t rush you, even if there is a queue outside. The pancakes were fantastic! A hidden gem in...the North endMore

Judging from the long lines, this is a neighborhood gem. The host seats you quickly and the cozy corner place is comfy and feels like someone's home. But stick to the basics. The couple next to us at the front window "bar" wolfed down an...enormous breakfast of pancakes, chocolate french toast, omelette, and something else i dont recall. If you have a huge appetite and want breakfast items, come. If you don't and want a light salad, forget about it.More

Had a lovely breakfast of blueberry pancakes with a side of home fries here. We were lucky that we got a table straight away but after us there was a queue (shows how good it is!).

We first went on a busy Saturday morning, joining the queue outside and waiting for approximately half an hour. It was well worth it! The food was amazing and the atmosphere inside, whilst a little cramped, was cozy and warm. Perfect for a breakfast/brunch and...the smell of the food being cooked really makes you want to go back for more. Which is what we did three days later!More

Great breakfast option. Simple menu of eggs, pancakes etc. Theo and the team are very friendly. You need to queue, cash only. We loved it!

Theo’s was just what we needed. We had finished our walking tour at the Old North Church and we’re hungry! Theo’s is, just steps from the church, is a tiny little family run restaurant with a varied menu. I had a cheeseburger that was greasy...cooked and tasty. My husband had a delicious cheesesteak sandwich.More

What a great experience! This is a tiny location- less than ten tables, but the breakfast was great and filling. We both had eggs, meat, and pancakes.

We’ve been to Theo’s before, and keep coming back when in Boston. Food is good, the service and the friendly atmosphere make it great. You are welcomed as part of the Theo family, and that just puts a smile on your face to start the...day. Embrace the coziness, and be part of the family. And - try the new special hot sauce. Holy cow is that good. Took some home to Ohio!More

Super American breakfast choices. We go before 8am to be seated. Lots of locals so be prepared to wait for a seat if you want a late meal.

I doubt they have outdoor seating-the restaurant is located on a pretty narrow street with slightly rickety sidewalks, from what I remember
