Waited 1/2 hour out in the cold for table for 3. Got the booth I sat in as teenager with my family. Nice memory. Server was very kind, accurate and fast but never felt rushed. Got two large pizzas. Cheese and meatball. They were perfect....My parents dated here in the late 50s and it’s been our go-to since then. Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever experienced. Standing in the cold. No problem. I’d walk fire for this!More

Two local fellas told us about Regina’s when we were looking a menu for another place - my kids wanted pizza and they said this was the best. It is! Go there - everything is homemade and fresh. It is so worth it! We got...a pepperoni and jalapeño, the meatball fresco and a plain cheese and ate until we were so full! Loved every bite.More

Pizza - amazing. Freshly made, tonnes of flavour. Amazing crust. Service - perhaps this is just native Bostonian service? I'm not saying it was bad but it was sort of "indifferent". Is this becuase they know the pizza is so good they don't need to...bother with over the top friendliness? Is it just the Boston way? It didn't bother me per se, but as a visitor from the UK I've always found US servers very warm and friendly and these guys were just sort of "meh". Again, pizza was amazing. Place got really busy on a random Friday in November at lunch time so get here early or be prepared to wait.More

Firstly I am a seasoned traveler and this was my first time where I felt I must leave a review, after what I considered to be some of the worst managerial customer service I have seen. After waiting 45 mins in the cold for a...free table (a good sign that the food is worth waiting for) I finally get a seat to find above it a air con unit was on full blast. Asked staff to turn off whom informed me they would need manager approval. Upon getting food and feeling extremely cold, I kindly asked again if they could at least change it the angle so it weren’t blasting on me and my wife. The staff whom were trying to help called the manager over, who basically weren’t even interested to speak to us and said “No” and it’s very hot for us, despite 3 other tables complaining near us. Sadly this resulted in the food I waited over 1hr for becoming cold instantly and deciding to leave quicker than planned. You should 100% visit this place for the food - but suggest takeaway, and to Regina Pizza, and the manager don’t rely on just good food and remember customers pay the bills.More

At the tail end of our Freedom Trail return we detoured to find Regina, and boy are we glad we did. Very unassuming spot, kind of hidden. But what a friendly welcome and great people. Of course had the traditional Margherita pizza and it was...outstanding. Subtle in its flavors but perfectly cooked and seasoned. Nice cold beer to accompany and we had slices of perfection. Great slice of Boston!More

This place was so good we came here two days running. The interior is delightfully rustic with wooden booths. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The cheese pizza, simple as it is, was possibly the best pizza I ever had. On our second visit I...tried the sausage cacciatore - also good though the cheese one reigned supreme. Loved it!More

The best thing I can say about Regina pizza in Boston was the price. We didn’t finish one slice, very mediocre at best. I know good pizza, we have eaten pizza in the US, Asia, all over Europe. Sorry to say, we didn’t see what...the hype was. Order at a counter, pizza is reheated. There was nothing special about the pizza,More

What is a trip to Boston without going to Little Italy and of course, having pizza at Regina's. Pizza was very good. It is a very small place with tables crammed in and very, very busy but the employees were very personable and efficient. Would...definitely go again.More

We knew it would be a long wait and it was an hour. Had a good time talking laughing with family. The wait was worth it as the pizza was just as good as remembered. We had 2 10" classic plus olives. So delish 😋...don't know if I would wait if I were local but they sure had a lot of take out orders. Thanks and hope you enjoy.More

We had the St. Anthony Pizza and the one with prosciutto and spinach (can't remember the name of that one) and both were amazing! We devoured the 16" pizza in about 10 minutes! Service was friendly and prompt. Seems like the place is very popular;...we waited 15 minutes at 1:45 on a Monday afternoon. But it was worth the wait!More

Mixed, because I loved it but my hubby did not. The crust was a little too well done for him (he would say burnt). I say charred, which is how I like it. The slice could have been larger. We took a slice to go...while walking in the neighborhood.More

Wanting lunch after touring the Freedom Trail ending up in the North End. We stopped at the “Original” Regina Pizzeria. Small but with old timey charm. We ordered the 16” Giambotta pizza. We should have just ordered a 10” although we gave it our best...try to come close to finishing it. It was soooo delicious. The wait staff were friendly and efficient.More

Consistently great pizza in the North End. Good service, reasonable prices. It's not big, and always crowded.

This place was recommended by a friend who grew up in Boston. The place is cozy and no frills but the pizza is delicious. We ordered 3 10” pizzas and it was perfect for our family of 4.

Like night and day. The original serves truly great pizza, on a par with the best in NYC. Faneuil hall and other locations are very good compared to other chain store pizzas but not in the same ballpark as the North End... More
