Very tasty breakfast and delicious coffee served by friendly staff! On our trip to Boston, we stopped here for breakfast several times during our stay, and took home our first ever Boston cream pie too!

Easily the worst coffee I have had in the US. We ordered cafe au lait thinking it would be like a flat white. Imagine you’ve forgotten to change the Nespresso pod in your machine and then topped it up with warm milk and you’ll be...close to what we experienced. Or imagine your grandma made you a cup of Mellow Birds instant using half water half milk. Boston is full of decent coffee shops so go elsewhere.More

Breakfast sandwich was amazing. We ended up here by chance as everything else was closed or full and boy are we glad we went! We all ended up ordering additional food to split just to taste the other items on the menu. Had the breakfast...sandwich with sourdough, which was huge and great, lots of fresh ham, egg and cheese. My husband had to order the cheese sandwich just to taste it and it did not disappoint! Seating is tight but people don’t stay long and the lines move quicklyMore

I think they have the best coffee and pastries in Boston. Friendly staff, plenty of indoor seating and fast service. A great way to start your morning in Boston.

This is a gem of a cafe, it has a variety of food on the menu, but it’s secret is the coffee and it’s just perfectly produced in my opinion. The staff are friendly and it’s always busy. If you like cortado or cappuccino this...is worth a visit.More

We stopped in here for a quick bite and found the space and the staff to be lovely. We had a lemon poppy seed scone and a English muffin breakfast sandwich, both absolutely delicious! Coffee and tea was wonderful as well!

Coffees were great, staff were very welcoming and friendly from the second we walked in. The inside was very nice, lots of tables and they wooden tables with old newspapers was a unique e touch! Will definitely go back if I’m ever back in Boston.

Fantastic vibe, friendly service and great value. My friend was in town to run her 6th Boston Marathon and was staying nearby. I suggested we walk over for breakfast, and she was so happy with the ambiance and great service that she plans to bring...her partner her before she leaves town. We were serve delicious coffee promptly; our food was ready in no time as well. My quiche could have been heated more evenly throughout, but overall had great flavor and was delicious. I will definitely go back!More

Trip Advisor always deletes my review so here I go again rewriting it. Thinking Cup is a cut above other cafes in Boston. Best latte in Boston, partly because of coffee , coffee machine and the barriers who makes it. Staff are very friendly, always...smile, engaging, enthusiastic taking your order, and welcome the custom orders. They all get along with each other which gives the customer a good feeling. Ambiance perfect . Wooden tables with old newspaper clippings embedded on top. Try the carrot cake. Ask for Cassidy who is charming. Have fun!More

Just steps from the Boston Common, T.C. is truly located in the pulse of the city. This shop has a cozy, enjoyable ambience with great customer service. Loved their Vanilla Ginger Latte. It has the intensity of coffee, the creaminess of milk and the spiceyiness...of ginger.More
