After a 24+ hour flight from Australia, we had a fabulous dinner here - just the right level of activity and hubbub to wake us up but not overwhelming. The stand-out dishes were the carrots and Brussel sprouts - innovative and zingy tastes. The waiting...team were really friendly and helpful and really helped us settle in on our first night in Boston.More

I was ready to be a bit underwhelmed. Not easy to get to, no parking, wanted full dim sum but place I wanted to go to in Chinatown all of a sudden closed. So we read carefully on TA about this spot. I said to...my partner when we sat down at lunch in a very busy and crowded non-Chinesey looking place "well, at least if the food is good it will have been worth it". And oh, my, was it worth it. We had superb and friendly service that brought us five different dishes. Each one was delicious. The sauces on the eggplant and the mussels could have served as lunch alone, they were so good. My friend said I was moaning as the food - all of it - was so good. So, there you are.More

There is nothing more my family likes than great Chinese/Asian food, which this restaurant delivered. Food was excellent, our table was ready when we arrived, and server Rey was very helpful and engaging. Slight negative was the diner-ish atmosphere but it was clean and did...not feel too crowded notwithstanding the fact that every seat was taken.More

We moved out of Biston 12 years ago but were in town for a concert. I realized M + C was two blocks from our hotel so we walked over and were seated immediately. We ordered an assortment of small plates and each was excellent....It is clear that a lot of thought goes into each dish. Flavors and textures work so well together. My greatest regret is we weren't hungrier. Highlights: non-traditional scallions pancake, tea smoke ribs, pork belly buns, eggplant. It was all excellentMore

Myers+Chang would get it. Everything was simply excellent. Started with the soy & wasabi devilled eggs, the sesame cucumbers & spring rolls with asian pear duck sauce. We finished with the tea smoked pork spare ribs and the mushroom lo mein with radicchio. Nothing was...left...not even the duck sauce. Not an exaggeration to say the lo mein was easily the best noodle dish I have ever enjoyed. Thank you Chef Chang!More

Spending a few days in Boston with a friend and was peckish after a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. We fancied Asian food and found the restaurant wasn’t far from our hotel. The restaurant was packed but they found space for us at the bar...by the kitchen. There was already a buzz in the restaurant but it was enhanced by watching the chefs at work! All of the food was epic and the drinks menu was wide ranging. Would recommend to friends and would go again if I’m back in Boston.More

The locals advised us to reserve a table. We scored a couple of seats at dinnertime without reservations at the bar overlooking the cooks at Myers + Chang. Liam, our server, was personable and explained the menu well, excellent waiter, encouraged the two of us...to share the dishes which are served hot off the wok, not necessarily together. Nasi Goreng (fried rice with shrimp, ground pork, and pineapple) was delicious, plenty enough for the two of us. The fried egg on top was a surprise, I assumed the eggs would be scrambled. The sambal sauce provided the perfect heat, hot enough to tingle my mouth without making my forehead sweat or my nose run. Enjoyed watching the cooks, the pros are much more efficient in the kitchen than I am. The head chef/co-owner was cool, calm, and collected. Could not have been happier with our meals, next time I will try the braised pork belly buns. I did not ask what the 3% Kitchen Appreciation charge was all about. Ah, sweet mysteries of life.More

We had a wonderful dinner on the patio. Every dish was flavorful and most were spicy. The ribs and poke were especially good. We love going here. Wait staff is friendly and efficient.

Delicious modern spin on Chinese food. We were with a group of 15 which can often be a pain for ordering and wait time, but our large group didn’t phase the staff at all. The service was excellent, we had a continuous stream of delicious...dishes and drinks. I loved everything, the fried rice, pork dumplings and udon noodles were my favorite.More

Second visit was a great at the first (5 years ago). Modern ambience, flavorful inventive cuisine in decent size portions (for small plates). Plenty options for low-carb diet, but recommend the Hakka eggplant, sweet and sour brussels sprouts, Thai pork lettuce wraps, Shoyi tuna +...spicy salmon poke, and seared local cod dishes. Will return again. Note: They add a 3% Kitchen Appreciate fee, tip waitstaff extra on your own.More

Super flavorful chinese spin. Everything is served family style (suggest 2 plates per person), and pay attention to the chili peppers next to the dishes on the menu that indicate spiciness -- they are accurate! Loved the pork buns and pork dumplings -- excellent. The...vegetable dishes varied, some were good, some very good. They did a lot with the space to give it some atmosphere and obscure the bus stop out front. Cute spot with good service -- will return on subsequent trip to Boston.More

My family recently enjoyed a four night dining experience in Boston. Having covered Italian, French, and Seafood we wanted to end the trip on a new experience that we could not otherwise readily enjoy in our hometown. Myers & Chang hit it out of the...ballpark. Being otherwise unfamiliar with refined Asian cuisine , our waiter served as our guide as we tried 6-7 dishes. All with distinct flavor and wonderfully prepared. While they do have a limited wine menu, their other options were fantastic.More

We ate at this restaurant specifically because each item had "GF" (Gluten Free) "NF" (Nut Free) etc. under it. Wonderful right? except some dishes are NOT NUT FREE they "CAN BE MADE NUT FREE" which are two different things. After being served a dish with...peanut sauce my friend tried so hard to not be panicked the rest of the night, but like when you are *almost* in car accident being served something that can kill you gets the adrenaline running. If you are going to be an allergy friendly restaurant do it right. UPDATE your menu to SPECIFY the items "CAN BE MADE NUT FREE" that wording would have changed our dining experience and could literally save a life. If the owner/manager responds and updates the wording: not only will I delete this post but I would go again, as the food was good before the brush with death ruined it.More
