The Chef knocked it out of the park! The Wait staff was ont ehir game totally. We shared the First Beach (two eggs, hashbrowns, toast and bacon) and the single pancake. Done to perfection - Rye bread was amazing, lot's of bacon, and the pancake...-you need to try the pancake! Thanks for being there - thanks for a great morning experience.More

We didn't have to wait to be seated and we had a view of the water - that's the best part. The place was dirty. It looked like the floor hadn't been swept in a month. My wine glass had 2 sets of lip prints...on the rim. Kitchen was out of chicken so I got fish & chips instead - it was OK.More

When we got there the two waitresses were finishing up large parties so we had to wait a few minutes. One was complaining about a party who had to wait a long time and cancelled their order. She was on the phone with the owner...explaining the situation. Many customers were able to hear the whole conversation. When we were seated waiting on our food the waitress and a cook were bantering back and forth, which was humorous. The wine was served in a tiny little glass...what's up with that? The king salmon was fresh and cooked well, just a little bland. Fish and chips were great. I would eat there again.More

We went for a mid week dinner and they appeared terribly understaffed. Waitresses were working extremely hard doing their own bussing, seating and checking out at the register too. We never got our appetizer and waited a long time for our main course. I had...the salmon. The portions were huge but the fish was overcooked and dry. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were tasty. My husband had a seafood pasta which he said was “OK”. There are large windows with a pretty view if you can get a seat near them. The prices were reasonable. If we were in the area again I would probably give this place a second chance as it seemed like it might have been an off night due to staffing.More

We stopped here for supper on a Sunday night. I had the fish and chips. They were excellent. My wife had the seafood pasta and daughter had Salmon. Both said their dishes were delicious. We had a window seat and watched birds fly around and...a seal in the water. At one point, an eagle, clutching its own supper of a seagull in its talons flew right in front of our window. The server was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant and would visit it if I am in the area again.More

We almost didn't go. Upon entry a blond woman dressed in a blue sweat shirt with paint or bleach stained looked at us and rolled her eyes with an exasperated expression which said, "Not more customers, I hope they go away." All night she ignored...us, had an attitude and slammed down my plate and stomped off when sh delivered my meals. It was obvious this was an incompetent or someone who had never been a waitress before. Jeannette on the other hand made us stay. The moment we walked in she made us feel welcome with just a smile and she spoiled us throughout the night with wonderful service even though the restaurant was packed and very busy. We could not have asked for any better and it made up for the bad attitude of the other, and the cook in the back. No one talks to waitress like he did, simply was no excuse. BTW, he needs to learn how to cook a steak. Over all the food was good, view of the harbor and islands/bay at sunset awesome, good company, Jeannette carried us through the evening like a champ. She is definitely a keep and a valuable asset to the restaurant and probably needs several pay raises than what she gets now. It was well worth the trip despite some of the negatives which could be overcome with a staff change and customer service training. We will come back, and hopefully see Jeannette again. Well done young lady, well done indeed.More

The food was AMAZING! We had the fish and chips, chowder, and a salmon salad. The best food we had while on the peninsula. The view from our table was gorgeous and the wait staff was attentive and friendly. I am writing this in late...October so I am not here during the summer rush which I am sure it is very crowded at that time of the year.More

Yummy food! We all left happy and full. The food was great quality and the quantities made my very hungry family happy. Our server was hard working and friendly. Next time we are in La Push, we will definitely go back. If you have a...chance to get the oyster special, do it!More

After dinner at the rivers End restaurant, I walked through the RV park and the cabins that were staffed by tribe members. It would be great to come back and stay in the RV park another time because it looked like a quiet situation. It...is far away from the hustle and bustle of forks which is usually overrun by tourists especially at meal time. I had a chance to talk with some of the native people and learned that about700 members of a 1300 member tribe live on the reservation here and the rest are sprinkled around in town. Glad to see that they were doing well with the RV park, hotel and cabins and the restaurant.More

My wife is glucose sensitive and allergic to lactose. The chef couldn't be bothered to make any accommodation for either and simply suggested she have a salad for her dinner.
