Very fun, especially if you have enough people to share dishes. Best part was ordering multiple tapas and sharing to try different dishes. We came with our family of four and had such a great time: awesome food made from simple ingredients typical of the...style we’ve had in the Mediterranean. The hangers steak tapas was my favorite. The only dish out of the dozen we tried was the Spanish version of a ham and cheese sandwich—cured Spanish ham is just too salty to be in an American style toasted ham and cheese... but everything else, including the wine, the paella, and the dessert, was just so fun and tasty. And of course, service was awesome!!! Definitely will be a repeat favorite place for our family!More

Excellent Spanish tapas restaurant at the Reston Town Center. Great service and great quality food. I have been here several times and my favorite dishes are the Jamon Croquettes, the grilled Broccolini, the mixed grilled meat Parillada and the bread is amazing, just like in...Europe.More

It is a tapas place so you're paying a bit more to sample, but it's definitely on the more expensive side. We like going here for drinks/dessert and brunch, but often will not eat a full meal here because of the pricing. It's a great...date night spot too, but also a place to hang with friends and family.More

Alex took great care of us, who doesn't like a spread of tapas, great Spanish vino, etc. Excellent Port to top off with fantasy flan, ready to return to España!

We enjoyed everything we ordered. They have a full bar and a nice wine list. That was a great way to start. Our waitress shared with us which tapas were new and we ran with it. Sun chokes with lemon aioli, sweet potatoes (good size...portion!), meatballs (a tradition for us), empanadas, DELICIOUS croquetas, and pollo a la parilla (my favorite). We loved all of them. We saved room to split the cheesecake for dessert. Service was good. You may have to flag them down to get your check but that’s the European way!More

As part of our 44th Anniversary month celebrating during the pandemic, we had scoped out Barcelona Wine Bar a week prior to see whether it had outside patio and spacing of tables. It did and we made an early reservation with Curtis requesting an outside...table.(Tip even wen the online says not available call the restaurant directly). Because the outside area is small, when you arrive you will be told if a table is ready and if not, you can wait outside across the street where there is a large outdoor area. We waited about 10 minutes and a small table for 2 opened up. It was nice to have actual menus (wiped down) rather than have to scan the menu, enlarge it and then read to order. When we were sated, our hostess requested we place all finished plates at the end of the table to make it easier for pick-up and avoided staff having to reach across. We were fortunate to have Trey H as our sever and he as excellent supported by his colleagues. Very attentive and gave good recommendations and checking in with us without being obtrusive. I noted this to the Manager on duty and I trust he mentioned our feedback. Having scoped the menu before we arrived, what caught my eye was the WHOLE ROASTED BRANZINO, a fish with bones that my CEO, and Italian American had introduced me to a few years ago. Fortunately, the restaurant fillets the fish, removing the head, tail and most of the bones. The fish was excellent and my wife became a fan! We later learned it’s so popular that the restaurant orders extra for the weekend. This was Saturday at 7 and we had the last fish. WE also saw the paella and knew well enough to order in advance as it takes 40 minutes. Trey let us substitute some items since we didn’t want others and when it arrived hot, it was delicious especially with the fish. It was nice to be served bread with oil (ask for black pepper) w/o having to pay extra like so many restaurants now. The bread was delicious. For appetizers we had the gambas (shrimp) which was tasty, truffle cheese with amazing bread (Tip ask for extra bread). The cucumber dish was a bit spicy. The hangar steak was cooked to perfection For dessert we enjoyed the flan which was small but gave a nice after-dinner taste. We really enjoyed out dinner, probably the best experience thus far during the pandemic. Great food, ambiance , service and well away from pedestrian traffic. A very strong recommend.More

The food took us back to Spain. It had an outstanding flavor that we totally loved. We ordered "Croquetas de jamon y queso manchego" (and some other things) the croquettes were incredible. They were super tasty and they were not too expensive. All the tapas...we tried were incredibly tasty. We really recommend ordering the "Burnt Basque Cheese Cake", it was the best cheesecake we ever had, even better than in Spain. The service was really good. The waitress was super kind and even put the desserts on her after we told her it was our first time in the restaurant. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, and it was nice to eat in. They had really good Covid-19 safety measures, like offering masks and hand sanitizer. Excellent overall experienceMore

Good prices on drinks and tapas. The meatballs, sausage and pork tenderloin were all a bargain at $4 each. Wines also fine. Excellent service. The best tapa is not on the happy hour menu, but worth the full price - shrimp in garlic sauce. Can't...be beat.More

Came for a special anniversary lunch. We ordered two tapas and paella to share - all delicious. The service was very good. The ambience lovely. It is so much more than just a bar. Only complaint is parking. It is very confusing.

No kids menu, but make sure you speak to your server they will accommodate a menu for your child, they just don't advertise it.
