Called to order two pizzas. WHoever answered told me they couldn't deliver pizzas today, so I made a joke about hiring more drivers during the holiday season. He hung up. Then 5 seconds later, called back and told me to kiss his ass and never...call him again. It's sad because we have been buying pizza since the owner had a place in town center plaza near us. You shouldn't be in charge of a business if that's how you handle a little criticism. I can imagine how he treats his wife and family if he gets that upset over a joke/suggestion. Typically a good manager would have had drivers ready for these occasions, but obviously this guy has no idea what he is doing. Every other Lucia's I called has drivers and is making deliveries today. Someone should run that store correctly. Poor leadership leads to sub-par service. That's what's happening here. Good pizza though.More

I have celiac disease. So I need gluten free food. I have tried dozens of gluten free pizzas through the years. Lucia’s gluten free pizza is hands down the best I have had. Ask for it a little extra crispy. A local business with a...very loyal clientele. For good reason.More

Lucia's is a nice family-run restaurant in a small neighborhood shopping center. Decor is nice, contemporary style and staff is friendly. Ordering is ala carte so salad or vegetables are not included with the entrees. We ordered Veal Sorentino (veal, egg plant, prosciutto, cheese) and...Frutti di Mare (plenty of clams, calamari, shrimp with linguine). Bread is included (tasty with the oil and seasonings). Entree servings were large enough to take home leftovers for another meal. There are plenty of desserts and we really liked the gelato with many flavors available. The pizza and subs are reasonably priced alternatives to the entrees. Although higher-priced than the Italian chain restaurants, Lucia's offers authentic, family-style dishes with very good service.More

Terrific pizza and Italian food. Neighborhood restaurant. A great place to take the whole family. Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had.

We have fined in and enjoyed it but it can get a bit crowded. We often get delivery and the food is always hot and fresh and arrives earlier than expected. The calzone and tortellini are fantastic!

I carry out from Lucia's once a week or more. Every dish is generous and the gluten free pizza is excellent. The hidden gems are the authentic Gelato (Salted Caramel is my favorite) and the Italian cookies. It's my go-to for the Sunday pizza special

We chose this place for lunch for our group. It is nestled into the Great Falls Plaza among other stores, so it's convenient and there is plenty of parking. I didn't visit the restroom this time, so can't report on that. The entrance divided the...seating, so it was quiet and the waitstaff was helpful and accommodating, since we need gluten-free, low cal, etc. We all ordered either salads or Italian dishes. The menu was extensive and the serving sizes were appropriate. Most looked good, but we noticed little things like little to no cheese on diners' spaghetti, or hard-cooked bread. Other than that, it was fine and prices were about average for this area. It would be worth another visit.More

Got a pizza and some dessert for our NYE dinner, which has become a yearly tradition. Food arrived on time and was delicious! Have also eaten in the restaurant many times and have had good food and service.
