Ganga View Cafe is the best cafe in Rishikesh! We have spent 8 days in the city and each day enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in this cafe! The food is very delicious. The menu provides the big variety of dishes in Indian and European style. The Interior is very beautiful. The favorite part of the cafe is location with the wonderful view on the Ganga that will make each visit unforgettable. Personnel is very kind and fast. Gopj is a nice guy, who works there, he is providing very high-quality service. If you come there, please try the cappuccino with the coconut milk, it is absolutely wonderful and the dessert - chocolate ball. I highly recommend this place!

The Ganga View Cafe is very beautiful. Great view and great location. The food was awesome. The staff was excellent. Gopi, one of the workers, was very helpful. One day, I left my belt at the cafe, but the workers saved it for me. Also, one day I ordered pasta for breakfast, and the staff still cooked it for me even through it was a lunch/ dinner meal. The staff was very friendly, and they were helpful. They accept credit card at this cafe too. I went here multiple times during my stay at Rishikesh. I will be back here next time I come to Rishikesh.

This is place is an unmissable gem by the Ganges. Location 5 star right off the river with an open view that is so serene and peaceful calming. Food 5 star. Very eclectic menu that had the perfect flavorful spice. Our group ordered various cuisines - burgers, fried rice, Mediterranean falafels and then some pastries and all of them turned out to be so perfect. You really need to visit this place on your next Rishikesh trip. Oh and don't miss their juices esp the greens. Classic. Great place

We went here as this place has good views of the river, but once we ordered the first course, which was a hot and sour soup, things turned bad. This place uses AJINOMOTO (MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE) or better known as MSG. They also boasted that they use this in all chinese dishes,& customers just want taste and do not care about health. Ajinomoto is a slow poison & banned in India. Maggi was banned for sometime due to Ajinomoto content. So eat somewhere else and live healthy and live long.

We have been eating in ganga veiw cafe over many years how ever on our recent trip to risikesh it was not as it had been in the past. It seems that standars have dropped and prices incresed. The time it took from ordering till the lunch arrived was 26 min and with children that is a big no no. The servings were small for the prices payed. Try little buddha cafe much better service !

Awesome place. 👍👍👍 6 months after staying in Rishikesh, I still miss Ganga View Cafe. The food here is delicious and varied. favorite is avocado toast, breakfasts, salads, soups and incredible cappuccino with coconut milk. Very relaxed atmosphere and beautiful river views. I sincerely miss you and I hope that very soon I will be with you again. Gopi and your guys - you are cool !!! kind and positive, always with a smile on your faces. I recommend this place with all my heart and love!❤️

Ganga View Café is an unfortunate example of how a stunning view can't compensate for terrible food. Despite the picturesque setting, the dining experience was deeply disappointing. They served a kulcha, oddly calling it pita bread, paired with a "hummus" that tasted more like bland cream. The pasta was another disaster; their so-called arrabbiata sauce was unrecognizable, lacking any of the authentic flavors. To top it off, the latte was a mere cappuccino, lacking the richness expected from a proper latte. After reading positive reviews, we went with high hopes, but it was a total letdown. The view is the only redeeming feature—definitely not worth the visit for the food.

We were searching for a nice place to have food with great views and one of our friends suggested this place. It turned out to be an amazing place in terms of sunset views and we were thralled to be there. We got the first table, across the Ganges and views from here were to die for. We felt like sitting in Europe with river views. For first 30 minutes we just devoured the sunset views and could not resist clicking best of the pictures. The food we ordered was undoubtedly very tasty, especially the Falafel platter. The decor was nice and relaxing. Generally people tend to go to the right side, after crossing Laxman Jhula but this Cafe is towards the left side and much better that other Hyped cafes like in terms of views, service and food. A must visit place !!

After refreshing sacred dip in Holy Ganges,we went to this charming restaurant. Located on the banks of the flowing river,at an elevated place, overlooking iconic Laxman Jhoola, this is a fantastic place to explore variety of cuisine, freshly made by dedicated chef, natural hospitality, youthful ambience, free from crowds. The pastries and fruit punch is added attraction. Not to be missed by those who want to enjoy solitude and serenity of this Himalayan temple town.

My first visit and take a meal in Ganga View was in 2010. From that period interior changed outside vibrations changed and more new cuisines in menu but soul of place and view is still same. I love this place, these guys who work in Ganga View. They are so kind! Their attitude won my heart! 😍 I visit Rishikesh almost every year and Ganga View is always on my program. Pizza in Ganga View is the best (I was told by one Italian woman 😉) For me it’s the best place there!

The food and place is amazing. Quaint cafe with quality and yummy food. No complaints. Service was great because there weren't many people. However beware since they're bit short-staffed if there's alot of people expect a delay in service. Our server Gopi ji were very attentive and kind. We had Chinese, the Buddha bowl, paneer bhurji, burgers - and everything was top-notch

This cafe has given me and my family a lot of amazing moments which will stay with us until we come again because we know we will make more of it in our next visit. Special thanks to the staff right from Gopi Bhaiya to all the boys who welcome the guests with a smile and have that emotional touch when they leave. A must visit cafe whenever in Rishikesh. I’m sure whoever will visit this place will not go anywhere else. A must try: Pasta, Burger, Pizza, Indian cuisine, Masala Chai and Cinnamon Ginger Honey tea. All the other food items would be awesome as well but these are the tried and tasted ones. See you soon!

We were on the hunt for a place that served eggs for breakfast and stumbled upon this gem. The view is amazing, the ambiance very serene, and the food was spectacular. We came back for lunch and it was even better. We recommend the cappuccino, buddha bowl, and Israeli food, but assuredly it's all good. Service was great (thanks Gopi and Vinee!), prices are also quite reasonable. We'll probably be back tomorrow.

You have to visit Ganga View Cafe! The white washed walls, minimalist and classy decor will make you turn your camera on. There are three tables facing the river and getting those would be ideal. The cafe is usualy less crowded that it's competitor Freedom cafe and so ideal for a visit. they play great music (usualy bwood soft songs) and have great food. I have tried their tofu gravy with rice, hummus pita and budha bowl salad, all excellent. Also, it is the best Cappuccino I have had in Rishikesh!

The Ganga view cafe is one of our favourite places in Laxman jhula area. The food, all plates are absolutely amazing, lots of gluten free and vegan options. And the natural juice are highly recommended. If you're on the area don't miss a meal here.
