Awesome experience , reminds me of TV show cheers . Have met so many regular customers and the staff Sarah, Jc and Jackie all very attentive to everyone's needs. I love being able to have food service at bar . Great place we will be...back .More
Our party of five ate here for lunch. It was very crowded but we finally snagged an outdoor table. Our son and family love this place and go all of the time so they know what to order. I think they ordered the most expensive...things on the menu LOL but there was quite a bit of food in the sushi lunch special. Between that plus crab puffs, miso soup, chicken fingers and tempura oreos, we had a hefty bill but were quite full. Good service and food. No wonder it is #1 in Sugar Land!More
This was my first time going for sushi at a place like this. It was super busy but we didn’t have to wait long to be seated and the service was great! Jackie was our server and she knew just what to suggest. It was...a great experience and the food was delicious!More
Bar seating. Ordered 4 appetizers, had Prickly Pear Mojitos and Lemon Drop Martinis. Food, drinks and service were all perfect! Sarah and her partner (sorry, I forgot her name) were a dynamic duo! Busy bar area but they delivered with perfection!
This is a Great little hidden gem of a Bar. Very personal service with a lot of the same guest nightly. Reminds me of Cheers
This is a fantastic little Japanese/Latin restaurant with exquisite food! The variety was wonderful. The service was fantastic! It really was delicious.
This has been a favorite place for many years. However, they slipped some in this last visit. The avocado soup that we normally crave was very good but not crave worthy. the tempura jalapeños that are normally our favorite part of the meal were still...very good, but not as much crab meat and the jalapeños did not have much flavor. The roll was very good, but was not as good as pre-COVID. Overall, I still highly recommend, but they do have some work to get back to the level they were at before COVID. Not sure if they lost their chefs or just changed their recipes, but they have a little work to do. The service has not slipped and was 5 star all the way.More
If you haven’t been to Japaneiro’s GO! If you have been-GO AGAIN! It’s always delicious. We had a Door Dash delivery from there last night and couldn’t have been more pleased. The whole experience was impressive.
Japaneiro's is our favorite sushi restaurant. We went here for my son's 7th birthday. Only drawback is you cannot make reservations for large parties. The food and drinks were great!!!
The dumplings were good..... The sauce is not that spicy The roll was good too Pretty fast place Average ticket is around 30.00
I tried it for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. They have several unique and delicious items. I loved their avocado soup. I should have had a second. My friends from Atlanta loved it too.
This place is super trendy and super loud. It took a while for wait staff to come to our table. The miso was cold and watered down and the rolls were smothered in sauce, which made me think the fish may not be the freshest....I used to love japaneiros but something has changed.More
Looking for a spicy 🌶 spin on your regular sushi roll? Drop by this place for interesting and intricate taste and texture combinations for dishes you love. Eclectic salamander art, subdued lighting, and artistic turns on traditional cocktails make for a great explorative dinner for...two. The staff are perhaps a little too low key, so service is not snappy. Close seating and the popularity of this watering hole do not make for great conversation, but you’ll be too focused on trying to work out the flavor combinations to worry much about chatting until after your meal.More
Our waitstaff and the service was amazing!!! Second to none! But it was very noisy and the food was mediocre at best. Long grain rice NEVER belongs in a Japanese restaurant! Tempura dinner was a massive serving was way to greasy! The miso soup and...tuna volcano roll were not bad and the seared tuna appetizer was OK. If we go back, we will request to sit outside and will order something different.More
