We had an early lunch at Barnaby’s. Fantastic service, great food and reasonably priced. Great atmosphere for casual dining. Excellent menu. We tried the Sausalito chicken salad and a bowl of fries—EXCELLENT. We’ll be back for more. Loved it.

We stopped by around 6pm and the place wasn't too busy. We opted for a seat on the patio since the weather so nice. Elvis was our server and he was GREAT! I got the impossible burger and fries and it was delicious. My friend...got the pork chops and said they were great too. Definitely recommend this friendly place - and the price is affordable too!More
The atmosphere is fun and lively. The server was great. The food, eeh, not so good. The portions are large but I would rather have flavor. I ordered the meet loaf which you could tell was microwaved and full of greese on plate. The potatoes...were cold and old tasting, and the asparagus was thick and grilled. Not tasty at all. There was a crushed tomato sauce on the meetloaf and nothing on the potatoes. Im sorry but it was disgusting. Now the sweet potato fries were great.More
Absolutely loved their potatoes. Meatloaf was flavorful. My husband enjoyed his steak. Rainbow cake was okay. We would eat here again.
Casual, family restaurant perfect for breakfast or lunch. Friendly and helpful service. Did not rush us even though it was a busy Saturday lunch time.
This place was amazing. We stopped because it was close to an event we were going to. Extremely, surprised. Service was super, atmosphere was awesome and the food...TREMENDOUS!! Next trip to Houston, this will be on our list.
Pesto chicken and the albacore tuna sandwiches good and very large. Prices on par for large servings but may want to split for light eaters.
Hope that's the spelling, the chicken tinga torta was amazing, I had one at the Gray street location earlier in the day and after walking around the natural sciences museum, and found this Location near the museum, I had to repeat it again Serving size...was good Clean and fast t service Kids meals was great too Overall a nice experienceMore
Ordered takeout. 2 salads, chicken tenders, egg salad sandwich, carrot cake. Yay all around. Oh yeah. We also ordered ribs. Total train wreck. This is Saturday night and the texture and taste of the ribs were like from last Thursday. Called and Barnaby’s stepped up...and offered to refund the ribs. Way to go.More
Very clean, friendly and fast service. Delicious food. Large portions. Great place I would strongly recommend it
Had a late lunch at Barnaby’s after touring the museums in downtowns Houston. Atmosphere, Food and service was spectacular. I truly enjoyed my French dip with a special horse radish spread. The servings are generous and as mentioned the service was superb.
This was not my first time at Barnaby's but it was my boyfriend's first time there. We both ordered large salads and had enough left over to bring home for lunch the next day. While the service was slightly lacking, the food was delicious.
Great cafe , staff superb very attentive, food outstanding and plentiful, parking next door , very clean as well .will certainly be back
I was visiting Houston with my 2 kids. We ended up eating here for lunch the 1st day and dinner the 2nd day. I loved everything about this restaurant! The food was so good and the portions were huge. Fresh ingredients. Even the side of...fruit with the kids' meals was fresh and served in a pretty manner. The staff was friendly and attentive. The decor is charming. Games outside for the kids to play. Family friendly atmosphere without feeling like the kind of restaurant meant for kids. I would eat here with or without kids. The only bad thing I can say is that this restaurant isn't in my town! The photo is of the kids grilled cheese meal.More
Excellent food for the price and with a location right by all the museums, lark and zoo, I highly recommend it. Breakfast is served until 11am on the weekends and lunch starts right after. There was a short 10min wait for a table when we...were there. The main due side is they didn’t give us a kids menu or let us know they had options for kids and the portions of fries are way too big. Nice service and food food ... I would go back.More
