Drop in on Tuesday lunchtime, my wife had the Lasagne and I had the Burger and chips. The chips were the best I have eaten in the UK, and the burger was cooked perfect too. My wife said the Lasagne was very tasty and also...said the chips were amazing. Very worthy of It's high Tripadvisor rating.More

The concept of a gluten free oasis in a glutonned world is very welcome, and once discovered I'm sure will be the first port of call for many who need it, myself included. After enjoying 2 GF breakfasts served by knowledgeable and friendly staff (although...on the 2nd occasion the 2 poached eggs were very undercooked) , we thought we would try a Sunday roast. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. It began with warm, unchilled bottled beer followed by a very long wait for our meal (total restaurant stay was 1 hour 30 mins). We had expected to wait a little while for our roast beef and veg while it was 'freshly cooked' but the result was obviously heated up roast potatoes, 2 slightly dry edged pieces of beef, together with freshly cooked carrots, bland, (boring) white cabbage and a few small slightly overcooked, no longer bright green broccoli florets. One small, tough Yorkshire pudding accompanied the meal. The gravy was very thin and we were given far too much of it in a jug. The 3 young waitresses did their best as the small restaurant filled up but again, the wait for dessert was overly long. We had particularly looked forward to our Sunday roast. I guess we have very high standards. There really is no comparison to the roasts we have had for the same price from The Smuggler's Inn on the edge of Dawlish.More

Thank you Mark and team for a fabulous, fresh and high quality brunch. It’s rare to find such a varied menu including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals. Service was A1. A friendly welcome, safety measures in place and we were asked if we had...any dietary requirements. Very attentive and friendly staff who made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. No request was too much. All in all, a lovely place to eat amazing food and reasonably price too. We’ll done Home Kitchen.More

Travelling with my wife who is a coeliac, it was so great to go somewhere that she could pick anything from the menu and not just be limited to a couple of gluten free. # Dangerous location of the cakes counter right by where we...paid our bill though!More

Amazing gluten free menu, friendly members of staff who couldn’t do enough for you. A coeliac paradise with so many things you wouldn’t usually be able to have! Highly recommend the breaded mushrooms.

Best food in dawlish! Don't go straight to the beach front restaurants. Go of the beaten track and land yourself here. The whole menu is gluten free but don't let that stop you! Delicious food at a great price.

This cafe is located on a bend at the end of main shopping street in Dawlish. It advertises a full gluten free menu and doesn't disappoint. Very varied menu including great specials, savoury and desserts, as well as usual fayre. All food cooked to order...in a spotless Covid secure environment at a very reasonable price too. Staff friendly and efficient. So refreshing to find a cafe that properly caters for those requiring a gluten free diet. Thankyou for a delightful lunch.More
