Iron Hill has a great beer selection that the menu delineates by grouping the various options as hoppy, sour, etc. which is great for us since we’re not big hop fans. The venue has a nice bar area with huge open window areas that are...open in good weather which really opens up the atmosphere.More
Food was very good but our party of 4 sat at a table and the hostess tried to put a party of 6, with 2 height chairs in the corner table near us. We asked to move to another table since the other party also...needed to have their strollers near the table which was pretty much at our table.
Server got a little confused when we moved to the nearby booth.More
First time visiting this restaurant. Great experience. Great service, delicious food, but a little pricey. Still, good enough to return a few weeks later. Different experience.
First 2 of us (all considered "senior citizens") are about 5'. We were escorted to a pub table. No,...that isn't going to work. When I explained that, we were taken to a booth right beside the kitchen. Plenty of other - better - available seating. So we asked nicely to be relocated, again. If the host had used common sense, that would not have been necessary. The food was mediocre, but same price. Our determination is that we won't be in a hurry to try again.More
Located right on Chocolate Ave behind Hersey park Iron Hill is part of a ~20 location chain on the East coast. They have a really cool bar area that has indoor and outdoor bar seating. There are little heaters over the outside bar seating. Big...place. The food is good and generally there is a good selection of beers. Selection depends on the time of year. As fall approaches the selection usually gets more interesting. Great service. Food arrived quickly for such a busy evening. Try the nachos. Definitely a good place for the family or a business meeting.More
My wife and I just visited here. A great brewery with great beers. Their Wheat beer is very good. A very good food menu with great deserts. The service was very good. We did not have to wait and there is plenty of free parking....We are King of the Hill rewards members.More
