Many restaurants have good food but few have great food. Caruso’s is one of the few. From the first course through dessert everything is fabulous. Caruso loves cooking and this love comes through in the food he serves. Recently my wife and I had dinner...there. It had been sometime since our previous visit, not because of a bad experience as we’ve always had great food here. It was just that our eating habits had changed. Regardless we knew the food would be great as usual and it was. My wife started with a house salad that was extremely fresh and accompanied by a wonderful homemade vinaigrette while I had the vegetable soup. Next we shared a grilled portobello mushroom stuffed with red pepper and spinach topped with mozzarella cheese. My wife’s Veal Saltimbocca was huge (definitely leftovers were in order), well cooked with a extremely flavorful sauce. My calamari stuffed with pureed seafood (likewise enough for leftovers) was tender and filled with flavor. Naturally, knowing that Caruso is not only a great chef but also an accomplished baker we were greatly anticipating the final course, although we had already eaten enough for two meals each. Not many restaurant serve homemade desserts as pastry chefs are an added expense but Caruso does it all himself and extremely well. My wife’s cheesecake was mouth watering while my coconut custard pie had the perfect balance of coconut flavor. It will not be a long time before we return for another fabulous meal.More

Small, Clean. No frills. Comfortable, like being at a family meal in your Nonna’s kitchen. BYOB. Small menu with specials offered, but food is very tasty, always. And, you won’t believe the prices! Free parking, BYO, and very good, reasonably priced food, unrushed with family...or friends makes for a lovely meal!More

We grew up in the area but live in Seattle, WA. We come back about every 3 months to visit our parents and Caruso's is always on the "must do list" It is family owned and everyone takes pride in wonderful food and service. After...a 3 week trip to rural Sicily, we thought our tastes had changed but the wonderful Sicilian food served at Caruso's rivals any we had in Sicily. Flavors are intense and sauces hearty and rich. For reasons unknown, it was not crowded at 8Pm on a Friday. If we did nothing else, Caruso's makes the 6,000 mile trip worthwhile. For those who live in the area, you need to get your head out of the chain restaurants and try something really good. Where else can you get two huge seafood entrees with pasta, an appetizer easily shared by 2, two in-house made deserts, and enjoy your own (BYOB) bottle of wine for $62 plus tip. The only thing I would suggest changing is the included salad and perhaps slice the bread a bit thicker. Unlike many restaurants, salad and bread are included. We do not understand the negative reviews on line because we have been her at least 6 times over several years and never had a bad experience.More

I have been here 4 or 5 times and while the menu doesn't change a lot, the food is done very well. We have yet to have a disappointing meal here. They have an amazing stuffed mushroom app, that is definitely for two. The decor...is a bit dated, and they need to splurge on some real red wine glasses for the BYOB sect, but overall a friendly staff and an obviously talented chef.More

My husband and I have been eating at Caruso's just about weekly for many many years. The food, including dessert, is all homemade and prepared by the owner/chef Giorgio. There is a wide selection of entrees to choose from, all reasonably priced. A salad or...soup and a basket of Italian bread is included in the price of the entree. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We love this restaurant, which is why we keep returning!More

Went about 9pm on a Saturday night. No reservations. Called to see if we could stop in. Our waitress Terry was excellent. Had shrimp scampi and Manicotti. Both excellent. Scampi although had lots of chunks of garlic was not overwhelmed with garlic flavor. Dessert is...made in house and was also excellent.More

I have been to this restaurant several times and every time it is excellent. The restaurant has a very Italian feel and the food is made fresh to order. I highly recommend.

This restaurant was a major disappointment. The clams casino was terrible and the chicken parm barely had any sauce on it. I was expecting authentic Italian food and I have had better entrees at pizza shops. The staff is friendly but the food is awful.
