Best shrimps delicious 🤤 my hubby surprised me with them not knowing where he purchased them. They were 😊 highly recommend
I enjoy this place. Everything I've ordered is really good. Whiting, Shrimps and seafood salad. I just wish they also made greens, mac and cheese and corn bread. Staff is friendly. I frequent this eatery.
We liked it so well the first time, we ate there again on our eight night stay in the Pocono's. We were not disapointed either time. The owners run the restaurant and are super friendly. We had steamed the first visit and fried on our...second visit. The steamed vegetables were great. One of us had fries on the second visit and they were equally good. The place was clean, the food was well cooked and we felt very welcome.More
If you like fish... this is the place for you. No frills, focused on fried or steamed fish and veggies, absolutely delicious. Eat in or take out, this new dining establishment will surprise you with its goodness.
I enjoyed the Fresh Salmon lunch today. Flavorful, and healthy. Very friendly atmosphere. I will be back for sure. This place has the traditional fried fish and Chips or Steamed option. Definitely accommodating to either the Devil or the Angel in your diet!
Excellent Fish & Chips, etc. It's great to have the option for Fresh Steamed Vegetables. While in Poconos for Labor Day Weekend, we were a group of 12 and went to eat at Ms. Gwen's Fish & Chips. Having lived in the Poconos for many years, we always were lacking for a quality seafood establishment. Many of the entrenched seafood houses have long lost their luster, and forget Red Lobster. What a godsend when we found Ms’s Gwen’s Fish and Chips. We stopped...in on the spur of the moment to try them out, as a friend had told us about them. I’m always game to try and support new businesses, so we entered. The menu is not overly large, but it has more than enough items to satisfy any seafood lover. Selections are offered with either fries or steamed vegetables. My wife ordered the Kingfish with steamed vegetables, and I had the fried whiting and shrimp with steamed vegetables. My wife asked if her fish could be spiced up a bit, to which the owner was quite accommodating. When our meals came, man we were NOT disappointed. Our portions were great, well seasoned, a tasty ,tasty TASTY! The fish was cooked well, the vegetables still had a nice bite to them, and though not needed, condiments were on the table to enhance the flavor. When I saw my wife dancing in her seat, I knew this was not our last visit. Well done Ms Gwen, you have acquired 2 more loyal eaters! If you enjoy seafood cook or steamed to perfection then you owe it to yourself to try this GEM of a place out! I am totally amazed on how much I enjoyed the fish that I ate here and will make it a regular stop....You have a huge selection of FRESH fish to choose from and can have it fried or steamed...Excellent variety of sides and homemade lemonade. Run don't walk to the wonderful little resturant.More
