Cute little Italian Bistro specializing in Northern Italian cuisine as prepared by the owners "Nonni" as he was growing up. Beef, Veal and Pork meatballs, Lasagna, Canneloni, white bean and sausage soup and housemade Marzano Tomato Marianara, Bolgnese and Alfredo and a Risotto special daily. Fresh pasta only and house made Panna Cotta and Tiramisu for dessert. Even a steak for the beef lover. Affordable with full bar selection and great Italian wine list.
Spaghetti carbonara split with my wife plenty of food and tasty. Sourdough bread and olive oil, lemon berry masearpone cake very good, followed by shot of sambuca. 3pm no wait. Great atmosphere, pleasant staff.
Barbara did a great job as our server. We had salad and then shared a plate of spaghetti and meatballs. The portions are huge. Wine list was good for individual glasses and they make a good old fashioned. I had panna cotta for desert. Nice...touch...they give you a free shot of either amaretto or licorice after dinner. We got there at 5 and by 5:30 there were folks waiting. They only have 9 tables and they take no reservation. Food and service were excellent.More
This is a very charming restaurant with nice extras. For example you’ll get wonderful bread and a dish with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Your entrees are very generous and at the end of your meal you’ll get a complimentary Amaretto! My husbands lasagna was...wonderful. My only issue was their red spaghetti sauce. It was just okay. The sauce was also too thin. I would absolutely go back but I would not order the spaghetti and meatballs.More
Had dinner at Nonni’s Wednesday night about 8:30 pm after a 30 minute wait. I I had heard this was a really popular place so I arrived at 8 PM, hoping there wouldn’t be a wait, but oh well I still had to wait 30...minutes, which wasn’t too bad. They take your number and text you when your table opens up, so I went back to my car and waited in the warmth. This place is, in general, very highly reviewed, and I had high expectations which unfortunately were not met. My biggest complaint was the Caesar salad, which I found almost inedible and could not make much of a dent in. I wonder if they have tried their Caesar salad lately? I’m not sure how to describe the dressing, but it was really really awful. I had the carbonara for the main course with grilled chicken. The chicken was a nice extra and it was very moist, tender and flavorful. The carbonara, however, was just OK. It didn’t sit too well, because I had terrible IBS all night and tossed and turned in discomfort. Not sure if it was the food, or just me, or some combination. Probably the latter. I will say that the service was excellent, prompt and friendly. Good luck with the food if you eat here.More
So tonight we waited two hours to get seated! That’s right! 2 hours!!!! Can I just say that it truly was worth the wait! I wasn’t happy to wait so long. They really had to make up for it. The food
was excellent. The recommendation...for wine was top notch! The service was attentive. So what would I do differently. Get there earlier than 6pm. Or order take out.
I prefer dine in so waiting was worth it. It is a must to go to if you are staying in Seaside!More
We dined here a couple of times this month while in Seaside. A favorite of ours is the lasagna which we share. The Caprese Tower is another favorite as an appetizer. I enjoy the Razzleberry cocktail with dinner. There is always a wait, especially in...the summer so we go and put our name in and have them call us when our table is ready. This is one of Seaside's most popular restaurants so if you want a minimal wait, try to go early around 4:30 or 5:00. :)More

Hello KIrsten, Although we are very small (13 tables) it is a warm and homey atmosphere and well suited for kids. We have a small kids menu and can find a few tables to put together for 7 people. We don't take reservations but are open from 11:30 am - 9pm Thursdays thru Mondays ...This Monday due to the holiday we will be closed however. We are always closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
I always recommend that people eat a little earlier or by 5 or 530 in order to avoid a wait. Thanks for thinking of us and we hope to see you soon...

We do have gluten free options. We can prepare the chicken picatta without flour and substitute extra vegetables for the pasta. Also our Polenta is gluten free although the meatball is not you can still enjoy the marinara with it and perhaps a chicken breast. Our house salad, the caprese tower made with fresh mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes, Risotto is also gluten free and we have a chefs special risotto nightly. Also the antipasto platter would be gluten free as well. Prawns can be sauteed without flour and served with the risotto and vegetables also.
