2 meals + 2 soup to go + small salad + soup for takeout $69.42. They had the audacity to charge a "to go" fee .90. Seriously. Nickle and dime customers. Very small cup of soup $4.49 and on and on it goes. I actually got home and thew up. This used to be a good place to go. Not any more. I could have had Saylers Steak dinners for two, for less. (Oh by the way, they had steak dinners $59 and Up)
**Gluten Free, not much, all vegetables are heavily seasoned with garlic & salt.

We were warmly greeted at the door, and were shown to a table to await the rest our party. We saw the hostess wiping down the plastic menus. Good variety of items on the menu. It was quite a while before our server made an appearance. Orders were placed and it was almost an hour before our meals came out We had the Asian chicken salad and the meatloaf sandwich with mac & cheese and both meals were good. Our only complaint was that service was not prompt and we were there almost two hours.

We decided to be seated in the bar so we could try their Happy Hour Menu.
We ordered the Widow Maker Burger with fries, the Sampler platter and the large Pretzel with cheese sauce.
The Widow Maker Burger was delicious. The fries were average.
The Sampler platter consisted of Mozzarella Sticks, Onion Rings, Buffalo Chicken Wings and Loaded Potato skins. It also came with Ranch Dressing and Marinara sauce. The Onion rings and Mozzarella sticks were delicious but the Buffalo Chicken was too spicy and the Skins were soggy.
The large Pretzel was delicious and came with a cheese sauce.
Because it was my birthday I recieved a cake which was really tasty.
I had a very enjoyable dinner and brought home the pretzel for later eating.
Our waitress was charming and very attentive. We will be back.

Don’t buy anything with “lobster” on the menu bc it’s minuscule & expensive! I ordered over the phone for pick-up the “lobster” sandwich, and the “lobster” Mac & cheese. It was an expensive MISTAKE for what was probably .05 ounce of lobster between the two. I’d be embarrassed to serve something with LOBSTER in the title & serve it with only PART of a shriveled up claw, with some pieces that could be anything meant to look like lobster, bc you sure could not tell it was definitely lobster. Varied menu so everybody can find something to try! I had the Cali Tri-Tip sandwich and it was very good. My friends had the fish and chips and enjoyed it.
The website/Menu I found did not list prices. Perhaps there is another one out there I did not find.
The waiter says everything is made from scratch.
Weird location of the front door compared to parking.

Flew to Portland to meet new family, and they chose Claim Jumpers..the atmosphere was fun and friendly! A pretty extensive menu of delicious food! My wife arranged for a Birthday desert for my "new"sister...and our waiter brought it out at the end of the meal...lit candle and singing Happy Birthday!! It was a great experience, and the food was delicious..but I always appreciate great staff! Good job!!

This has been one of my go-to restaurants for several years. I'm afraid not anymore. I was very disappointed with the food and service on my last visit. Service was slow and non attentive. The clam chowder was a new recipe that was far inferior to what had been. My rack of ribs were served with a large black burn area that covered about half the rack. We asked for bread and were told that bread isn't served with meals anymore but we could order bread for $8.00 a serving. At least the beans were still good. I noticed that a baked potato now cost $8.00 had I ordered my usual steak. It appeared that nothing accompanied the steaks. Everything was an add-on at a fairly high price. What this restaurant has done is not usual or common in this area. I found this restaurant disgusting and don't plan on returning.

I have a dinner group that goes out to eat every week. We are usually around 14-16 people. This Sunday we had the pleasure of having Kayla be our waitress. She was the most professional server that I have witnessed in a long time. She made good use of her time, always attentive but not overbearing. She made sure to offer appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts, as well as our beverages. She kept us updated on pertinent communications from the kitchen. All this while serving other tables, as well. The food was excellent, served in a timely manner, hot from the kitchen. Over all, this was an enjoyable experience.

Oh my. A Very dated décor and not very many people there...which should have been a clue. Put off by the extremely high prices we went with fish and chips (incredibly pathetic fries) and the Lobster BLT with parmesan onion rings (which sounded intriguing but turned out to be regular onion rings with shredded parmesan sprinkled on top...rings were cold so parmesan did not melt...a disappointment)
Waiter was disinterested. Never asked how our meal was. Never refilled our drinks.
Looking for some upside and decided some of the lighting fixtures would be an ideal fit for the 40-year old family mountain cabin.
Odd design. Park in the back by the dumpsters and walk around to the front of the restaurant (first two entrance doors had signs directing us to continue to circumnavigate the restaurant for an open door. Never been to a restaurant designed like this where the curb appeal is facing the main road b ut all parking is behind.
No plans to return.

We've been to Claim Jumper over the last 9 years, even supported them during covid. Our experience last night was disappointing. The burger I ordered was very marginal, who puts sweet bread and butter pickles on non warm burger. My wife's tri tip dip sandwich was very sparse with meat and extremely salty Au jus sauce. The onion rings were cold, overly breaded with little onion underneath and just worst than freezer bought store onion rings The waiter was very nice and replaced my cold mashed potatoes& rings. I dont like to complain to waiters trying their best. This is management fault. To me it feels like prices have gone up and quality down. The environment is beautiful and relaxing but we will not be returning any time soon. I realize restaurants are struggling, but returning biz is the life blood to staying solvent. Serving cold food and mediocre quality is not the way. Both of our meals were a dis appointment but we still tipped 15 percent. Please do better Claim Jumper.

We came for dinner with a party of 7, all in the same family. We were told we would have to sit at two different tables, because the limit was six people at one table. We were seated one table far behind the other, which made it impossible for our entire group to communicate. Meanwhile, two groups came in after we did, one wth a group of nine, the other with a group of twelve. Their groups were all seated together,
Now for the food. My “pan fried sea bass” was way too salty and also saturated in oil. My husband got the fish tacos. They were so filled with other stuff that there was barely any fish in the taco.
Altogether, this was a very disappointing experience.

I'm absolutely livid. I went through the trouble of making an online reservation specifically mentioning it was for a birthday celebration, expecting a bit of special attention. Upon arrival, I politely requested a booth, only to be flatly denied by the waitress who claimed none were available. Yet, astonishingly, a mere five minutes later, a booth magically became available for a couple that arrived after us. This was just the start of a series of slights.
We then sat, ignored, watching newcomers get their drinks served and orders taken. It reached a point where we had to flag down someone just to get glasses of water. When our waiter deigned to show up, we were ready to order our meals, but were brusquely informed he was only taking drink orders at that moment. He sauntered back to us twenty minutes later, at which point I had to reopen the menu to refresh my memory. His response? A snide remark about having all night since he's paid by the hour. His attitude was beyond rude.
The neglect continued throughout the evening; he never once checked on us after taking our order, only reappearing to drop off the bill with a sarcastic suggestion to come again. Not once did he inquire if we were interested in dessert. It was a thoroughly miserable experience that completely spoiled what should have been a joyous birthday celebration.

Our server Cody did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Our burgers were tasty but barely lukewarm, and the fries were downright cold. The salads were just okay. We've been to this restaurant several times over the years and, sadly, it has really gone downhill. Not recommended, since there are many better choices for dinner.

Went back for the first time in about a year. We were a party of 6 with 3 birthdays.
Our server was excellent and the food yummy. The menu has changed and my fave Jambalaya pasta is no longer available. I ordered the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly and super tasty. Everyone in the party was really pleased.
We got 3 pieces of the motherboard cake. It was delicious and huge.
Great job Claim Jumper!!!

Absolutely amazing! We had a group of 34 people. They had our reservation and were able to have us seated with everyone about 10 minutes after we checked in. Instantly they took our drink orders. While delivering drinks they took the few appetizer orders we had. Then shortly after that, they took our food order. The food was delivered to each of us in a timely fashion and everyone had hot food! Nothing sat waiting or got cold! They were nothing short of amazing! We didn’t have to worry about a thing except our conversation! Absolutely this location hit a home-run tonight! They deserve 10 stars for the service and speed of service tonight! Absolutely we will be back, and we will definitely be recommending this location to anyone and everyone we know! Great Job Clackamas Claim Jumper!!!! Exceeded our expectations tonight! Thank you!!!
