Wonderful early dinner for excellent price.

We had a wonderful early dinner at the Olive Garden especially thanks to our great waiter. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigian and my hubby ordered the Classic Lasagna. I had the salad and my husband ordered the Chicken and Gnocchi soup. Both were excellent. The Eggplant Parmigian came with a side of spaghetti and meatsauce and I took home the spaghetti. Lots of food for this old lady. The Eggplant was one of the best I have ever eaten. My husband loved his Lasagna and ate lots of breadsticks. We also ordered a Chocolate Lasagna Brownie that we brought home for us to eat later. Also absolutely delicious. Our children gave us a $50 gift card to eat here and we only used half of it. I call that a good deal. Our waiter was exceptional and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. We will be back.

Keon was an amazing server!!!!

I just wanted to write a review about how awesome our server keon was! We had a group of 8 people and he was so on top of everything. Keon was so smily and seemed so happy to serve us. He even made jokes and laughed with us!! Give him a raise he deserves it!!!

They scraped snow off their parking lot! overpriced..more for show than food quality.

They reserved our name by phone so was ready when we arrived. Some of the food was good, albeit small portions. Most were just average filler food like salad, bread-sticks, noodles. The bread sticks were overcooked. Really great server (Alecia). Overpriced for the portion size they give you. Did not like being put in room with huge private party with a crowd of strangers at a quiet table for two. Not quiet- felt like being on an airplane when they add extra seats where there are not room for seats-so you are sitting with strangers. But their eggplant was crispy and tasty-tho very thin sliced at an angle and only give you two paper thin pieces... The red sauce on top was overly salty and bland (needed Italian seasoning or basil and garlic but was mostly just canned crushed tomatoes and salt) on the spaghetti noodles they put on the plate to make it look like a better deal...Spaghetti is cheap. I wanted eggplant and cheese ravioli. They don't give you that option. Did not seam like authentic Italian food..more like Taco bell compared to real Mexican food. I will go to other Italian restaurant next time. Someone gave us a partial gift card or we would have went elsewhere to begin with. Not real classy. More of a young person hangout. Noisy.

Awful takeout experience

Most of our food was delicious. However the salad was far from fresh and despite us checking the box stating we DID want utensils and napkins, they were missing. Head to the park a half an hour away where our party was and unpack everything to see that utensils and Parmesan packets were not provided. Those of us with soup were able to eat, the rest were not.. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager on duty, Brandon to bring it to his attention. He stated that the invoice showed that we did not want utensils. I spoke with him a few minutes and all he said was that they didn't make a mistake and that we could come back and get utensils, and that he couldn't coach his team on something they didn't do wrong. He mentioned that they did get the substitutes we asked for correct. Gee dude, that's all well and good but I'm not eating pasta with my hands. Far from helpful, and I've never had a bad salad from any Olive Garden or such a terrible experience altogether. Wow! $107 order and this is what we get.

I love the atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There is one pasta that is gluten free, and can be used for a few different sauces.

Great lunch!

Stopped here on our way to a Dr. appointment. We were seated right away. Our server was the best!! We both had a lunch special that was cooked perfectly and oh so good! The portions were just right and the price was excellent. We both ate for under $10 ea. You cant do that at a Mc Donald's anymore. We will be back again!

Not surprising but disappointed the soup, salad and bread sticks with unlimited refills is over $10 The $5 entree to go is a good deal. Nice they package to go and leftovers for you

Disappointing dinner

This establishment has a strange approach to customer satisfaction. Every time l have been to this restaurant there is a wait time to be seated. It doesn't matter if it's lunch or dinner . After about15 minutes your led to a table while passing by half empty dining rooms with multiple empty tables. This is an old management trick to keep the number of staff low. The food is microwave fresh with burning hot plates a sign of an ASAP restuarant. Very disappointing.

Amazing

I'm late to the Olive Garden fan club, but I have arrived. I use to think it was all bread and pasta. I was wrong. We ate at the Olive Garden in Clackamas last night. Our waitress was named Rachel and she was wonderful. Rachel brought us amazing food. We had bread, soup, shrimp, chicken, and pasta. What a great meal with outstanding service!

Call a week in advance to see if I could reserve an area for a large group (25) they said no they don't take any kind of reservation and we would need to just come in on that day and wait for enough tables to open. I said you want 25 people to show up and wait in your little waiting area until your able to seat us? She said no, we'll need you to wait outside because there won't be enough room inside. Next call was Spaghetti Factory and were happy to work with us.

Overpriced, average food, smarmy waiter

I had almost forgotten why I don't eat here very often, but we stopped in after an evening shopping at the mall. Service was quick but the waiter was a bit schmoozy and even carded my 50 year old girlfriend when she ordered an O'douls NA beer. She was slightly amused. I can only describe the rest of his service as efficient but smarmy. Breadsticks were very salty, tortellini with alfredo sauce was bland at best, chicken was tasteless and had obviously been frozen, girlfiend's steak was ordered medium and was rare at best. Decor seems dated and tacky and needs a deep cleaning.

My wife went to one a few years ago and wasn't impressed by her food from what she told me, but she loves the bread sticks. Decided to give it a shot, and food was great, staff engaging and friendly, and very reasonably priced.

Dinner Menu prices have gotten outrageous, but good service.

We were a family group of 5, and were seated within about 5 minutes. Our server was excellent, and the food that we all ordered was between acceptable to good. My biggest frustration was that I wanted only soup and salad, and was told that I would have to order a meal or I would have to pay more. Really?? I ended up really enjoying my soup, but never got my salad because of this stupid way of pricing. The eat one / take one deal is really a joke as there are so few options that can be taken home, and the overall dinner menu prices are simply outrageous for the quantity and quality of the food that we received. Won't ever go back for dinner, unless I have to to be part of a family group.

Monday Night Dinner

Went to Olive Garden for dinner. We started with the salad. My wife loves their salad. She then had cheese ravioli while I had lasagna. We each had a glass of Chianti Classico with our meal. When we left we each had a box of leftovers that we would use for Tuesday'a lunch.
