Terrible experience. We had reservations and once we sat down, it took almost 45 mins to get our drinks. The table behind us left after waiting over an hour to order. We ordered appetizers and entrees, after an hour and fifteen minutes we cancelled our...appetizers since they hadn’t arrived yet, but they showed up five minutes later, tried to send them back, but they insisted we take them, on the house. Less than ten minutes later the entrees arrived. Meal would have been redeemable if the food was good, but filet was underdone and had no seasoning, the octopus was slimy and tasteless, tuna medallions were supposed to have clams, but came with three empty shells in sauce, short ribs were the best at the table, but mediocre compared to other restaurants. After entrees we asked for the check, ten minutes later they brought over a dessert that we didn’t order. The beach setting was pretty, but felt like a second location of the Four Seasons kids club with kids running around the restaurant and inattentive parents ignoring them. Our bill for two adults and two teens was $250 USD. After over two hours we left very unsatisfied and disappointed that we wasted our last night in Mexico at Tuna Blanca.More
