Today was the second time we encountered rudeness after making a reservation to eat outside due to covid. Our business associates and I arrived early and asked to be seated outside as per our reservation. A surely hostess said our reservation didn't mention outside seating...and that being short staffed we had to eat inside. We requested to speak with the manager about this bait and switch. The hostess emphasized that there was no notation of outside seating having been requested. We responded that we could not control what was put in our reservation, but that since they had our reservation on file, outside seating should have been notated. We again requested to speak to the manager as this was the second time we encountered this "lack of outdoor seating" in our reservation. When we said would leave and eat outdoors elsewhere, we were seated outside as originally requested. Additionally, I requested a take away Celiac menu for future reference and was told "to go download from their website". Other Season 52 restaurants such as in Burlington MA were a joy to eat at. This one in Raleigh NC deserves a pass.More

This was my first time at this restaurant. Wow, what a great meal! I had the watermelon and tomato salad, very nice, with bits of greens and feta. Lovely. Then the chicken with wild rice and green beans. It was, perhaps, the best chicken I've...ever had. Moist, tender, flavorful. My companion had the salmon and praised that, too. The service was very good and we weren't rushed out even though it was a busy Friday night.More

Classy looking place for a mall. Nice selection of farm-to-table/international flavored food. Fabulous wine list, especially by the glass. Unique set of deserts, but they were variations on a theme.

Been there twice, one for dinner and one for lunch Almost. All the plates we had were very good. The salads were ok, even if asked without the dressing they came with it. Meat very good cooked, but kind of thrown on the plate without...particular care. Just a pity. For lunch the flat bread was very nice presented and tasty. Desserts too sweet and heavy for my liking.More

Reservations at 7, seated at 7:25 only because I was persistent. Long wait for food when seated, manager did comp’d drink to make up for it. Steaks were over cooked. The meatball appetizer was absolutely delicious, should have gotten that for my meal. Good restaurant,...just probably understaffed as all are now.More

Wandered from spot to spot looking to have drinks at the Crabtree Valley Mall. One place was out of lime juice for half it's drinks. Another was out of Rum. The others were packed. Seasons 52 was neither out nor too crowded. Great bar, imaginative...drink menu and some top notch spirits. Our bartender was Rossana who was lovely and very tentative. She made great cocktails lightning fast. Next time we come into town we'll definitely make sure we come here for drinks 'and' food. Highly recommended.More

For lunch today, my mother and I tried Seasons 52 at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh. This was our first visit but it won't be the last. Our waiter, Rich, was very attentive and friendly. He made you feel like he geniunely enjoyed serving you...and cared about your experience there. He went above and beyond our expectations. We also met with the chef, PJ, who was very nice and cared about our experience. All of our food was excellent, especially the beet salad with balsamic and goat cheese!More

One of the few restaurants as soon as you walk in you know you’re in the right place. The decour is very comfortable combining the use of rich woods with casual elegance. The lobster flatbread was a great appetizer and large enough to share for...two people. I ordered a pork chop and as an add-on a lobster tail. The pork chop was the best I have ever had and then includes some great steakhouses in New York, San Francisco and Washington DC.. After having a large delicious meal the mini desserts are a great alternative to finish the evening as was the decaffeinated cappuccino. This restaurant is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend the dining experience.More

It had been a rainy day. I wanted to eat outside (feel safer doing so in this time of Covid) so was happy when the rain stopped and things started to dry up. I chose Seasons 52, in part, because they have outside seating. When...we arrived and asked to sit outside, they first told me that the section was closed. I indicated that I did not want to eat inside so, after a quick conversation with the manager, the hostess opened the outside section and dried off a table. I really appreciated that. And we were not forgotten outside! Service was quick and friendly throughout our time there. And the food was worth it. I particularly liked the Fields Green salad because it was a little different than most, and quite tasty with its vinaigrette. I ate a side of mac and cheese as my entrée and it was very good. My husband enjoyed the trout. They offered us mini-desserts, which I think is a great idea. They looked good, but we decided against dessert altogether. I understand Seasons52 is a chain, but this one in Raleigh was the first we had ever been to. It was really nice!More

This restaurant is beautiful. Very peaceful atmosphere and Rebecca W., our server, was amazing, personable, and very professional. We ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon with French green beans, marble potatoes, dill-mustard sauce; and the Carmelized Sea Scallops with roasted asparagus and mascarpone risotto. Both were...perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Dessert were minis of Belgian Chocolate S'More, Key Lime Pie, and Raspberry Chocolate Chip.More

We were at the NC Museum of Art and looking for a new place to try for supper. The menu choices were interesting so we made reservations. We arrived a bit early but were seated right away. It was a Friday night and not too...terribly busy at 6:40 PM. However, an hour later the place was packed! The restaurant is very nice; warm, inviting and not loud so you can actually carry on a normal conversation. Our waiter, Brandon, was friendly, prompt and had a good sense of humor. I had the asparagus soup and the Korean BBQ beef and enjoyed them both. One friend had the pork chop which was a large portion and the other liked her crab cake and salad. I look forward to coming back soon.More
