New Jersey is known for its hot dog restaurants and Grab A Wiener lives up to the tradition. A variety of dogs with a number of interesting combinations of toppings makes this place a winner. But you have to try the fries. They are spectacular...too. Everything is fresh and made right before your eyes. The staff is super friendly.More

We love the unique hotdog and fry combinations and just love the owner. He is so wonderful to everyone and you cannot leave the island without trying the food there.

I don't understand the good reviews. I'm giving it 2 stars because they were unique in offering footlong hotdogs which is a fun novelty. We ordered several specialty dogs between a few of us. Starting with the hotdog, it was low quality and greasy. I...would go as far as to say the toppings were gross. I love loaded hotdogs but I have no idea where these toppings came from because they had strange tastes. I even tried each topping separately and they tasted off. Some tasted sour (but it wasn't sauerkraut). If they switched hotdogs and served fresh toppings, it could be a special place.More

My family & I stopped here for lunch. We ordered hotdogs and the fiesta fries. Thankfully, Franco, spoke up and pointed out that their fries are fried in peanut oil-I have a severe peanut allergy. The fiesta fries sounded so good so I was a...little bummed that I couldn’t eat them. While my family & I were eating, Franco, went to the Doo Wop Diner & got me an order of fries which were not cooked in peanut oil & made me fiesta fries. This was such a random & totally unexpected act of kindness. It made my day! I’ll never forget it. Thank you, Franco! We will definitely be back!More
