I really cannot review for the food as I didn’t eat anything. I had went for fasting bloodwork at the Quest Diagnostics 2 doors down. I was hungry and a croissant and juice sounded good. I walked in and there was a lady at the...counter who asked me what I would like. I asked for a croissant and was told 20 minutes. It was still morning and no breakfast type quick bites were out. The cookies and pastries looked delicious, but sweets that time of the morning...not for me. My husband and I had stopped in a few years ago and enjoyed it.More
Good bakery, good crepes. Nice people, good service, fair prices, hope they stay in business, different type of place for desert
Food here was just OK, and nothing worth recommending. There is a machine at the counter where you pay your tab. It asks how much of a tip you want to leave. In addition to the tip amount I chose, they tacked on a service...charge (10.0%). If that's not bad enough, there was also an added charge for ice that was in the cold beverage we ordered. Will not even think of returning here.More
I came here with one of my friends to try it out once! Although it was nice I thought it was expensive!
Hi thank you for your honest review. Please know that our prices remained the same since the place originally opened in 2012. As the economy rose our prices didn't.
Great all around from the service and food. We were a large party of 15 and everyone was very happy. Highly recommend.
Thank you it was a pleasure serving you and we enjoyed your company hope to see you again soon.
Seated promptly but had to wait for a menu as they didn't have enough. About 5 minutes or longer. Once we received menus took approximately 15 minutes to take our order. Food was delivered to our table, one plate at a time. And that took...approximately 45 minutes. And one of my daughters crepe was not as ordered. But she decided to eat it or risk waiting another possible 45 minutes? Food was just ok. Was hoping for a more French taste as it is a French cuisine place. First time and my last time here. Unless someone else is footing the bill. Total for 4 plates with beverages 76 bucks. Super slow service and once your done you have to pay your tab at the counter and the cashier has to figure out which order is yours. As our waitress stated, "we don't leave bills on the table". Would I recommend? No Would I visit again? NoMore
Thank you for visiting us on mothers days. Meanwhile we enjoy serving all of our clients our place is not meant for a full day with small kitchen and 2 crepe makers I am proud to say my team did an excellent job as someone...More
I really like the food and crepes here. Not cheap but different and good food. But the place is always empty. Where is everyone?
Thank you for your review I apologize for the late response. We are generally busy on the weekends during the week its a slow time however we are looking to get busy during the warm days and are looking to see you back
Have that sweet meal after dinner. This is the place that's open tues. thru sun that you will think is so good.
Hello We have new hours please come back and check out all the good stuff that's under new management.
La Crepe use to be pretty authentic & tasty. Since it has been sold the only thing still nice about this place is the interior decor (which is the same as before). The new owners have brought zero to the table. First problem is the...name.. Frankly, their crepes suck. If you wanted a fluffy pancake then you came to the right place. The new owners know nothing about French cuisine or snacks at that matter. Half the menu they can't serve because they do not have the ingredients! Everything is overpriced which would be fine if they could cook/get it right! So to sum it up.... If you want Crepes go to Perkins, Ihop or better yet CAFE PARIS in Metuchen!! For everything else go anywhere else. La Crepe will let you down :(More
Meanwhile I understand your Frusturation last year while we were establishing the take over of this place as of today we are full operation and we have improved with menus staff and food. Please come back and see me directly and I will ensure you...More
We went to this small cafe invited by a friend. We all have crepes and all of us enjoy our didh very much. The crepes taste really good and the portion was good as well. We did find the price to be a bit high...but thwen they taste good and fresh. They also make a good cup of coffee!More
We tried the strawberry + banana + nutella crepes, and the blueberry + marscapone cheese crepes, and both were EXCELLENT. Sweet but not too sweet, perfect consistency, fresh fruit & berries. Not sure if there's been an ownership change but the nice woman who helped...me said she's been there about 7 months. Going back for more soon!!More
Hands down one of my favourite meals ever! I have been here several times whilst visiting EB from the NY. My all time favourite crepe is the dark chocolate with hazelnut. All fresh ingredients and delicious!! Just FYI they are closed Monday
I went there a while ago, but I refuse to go back! There food was just OKAY, and to top it all off it was extremely over priced!
I have this huge sweet tooth and I am always looking for a new place to try desserts. I am personally in love with their sweet crepes. I always get the Strawberry, Banana, and Nutella crepe, but I have tried their peanut butter crepes, their...Hershey crepes, and a few others. They are a bit expensive, but soo good. and you get served a pretty decent sized crepe. It takes up your whole plate. They also have a bunch of other really good desserts and pastries. Their cheesecake and pecan tart are delicious ! A trip here is definitely worth it !More
