Our first night in Vegas we decided to go to Joe's and we were not disappointed! Although we had a reservation, which is almost mandatory to ensure you get a table, we still had to wait about 10-15 minutes for our table. Keep in mind this was on a Tuesday night around 8pm so you can imagine what the weekends are like. The server was a little slow and a bit snobby but we didn't let it ruin our meal. We had already looked at the menu so we knew what we wanted. We started with the crab bisque soup and it was delicious. The only disappointment was it was in a small coffee cup sized bowl and we were expecting at least a regular size bowl for the money. They do have a nice selection of bread and rolls to snack on prior to the meal being served. We both ordered the 8oz filet and it was also very flavorful and delicious. The 4 cheese Mac and cheese was rich and flavorful and went well with the steaks. It was large enough for 2 to share. We also ordered Jennie's mashed potatoes and they were good but not great. I considered the lyonaisse potatoes so hopefully next time we eat here they'll have more flavor and be a better choice. For dessert we ordered the key lime pie and the marscapone cheesecake. Both desserts were good and would lean more towards the key lime pie. The restaurant is a solid choice if you're looking for a nice environment with delicious steak and seafood. We are used to eating at a Ruth's Chris or Flemings type of steakhouse so this is a similar experience. Hopefully this review will help and Bon Appétit!

I make it a point to always dine at Joe's when in Vegas. The food (crab claws and hash) is predictably great. This time I tried the hash with onions, per the server's recommendation, and it was great as well. For wine I had the Paco & Lola albariño which is very good (if I must find a negative comment is the price of a glass of wine at $16 when the bottle is just around $20 reatil). The highlight of every visit is the level of service. Attentive, professional and efficient. By far the best level of consistent good service in Vegas. I almost always run into familiar faces, both staff and other diners, which make me reafirm that great food and great service is indeed a winning combination. Keep up the great job!

we were arranging a post wedding meal for 11 people for my daughters wedding and having never been to Vegas we were unsure where to start. I emailed and had lots of help from Bree and Melanie , they were great and answered all my questions. We still turned up hoping for the best but couldnot have been more impressed. The set menu started with mushrooms and calamari which were amazing, and our mains were fantastic, i had sea bass which was best ive ever tasted and others in party had crab cakes filet migon and salmon and herb chicken, everyone remarked on best meal we had whole time in vegas, and there are some amazing restaurants so thats high praise. They were so attentive , although we booked in normal restaurant rather than private venue they had us in a room alone and waited our table as if we were head table at a wedding, amazing, get there if you can and if you have a special occasion let them know as they were amazing. thank you so much for making the meal special.

Went to Dinner at Joe's for a 90th Birthday there were 4 of us. Our server Bridgette was a 10, she went out of her way to listen to my 90 year old who was hard of hearing. From her serving the drinks, to taking or Appetizer or to our dinner order you could not ask for anyone better. My friends had the Stone Crab claws which were very good, my wife had a Hamburger and I had the Bone in Ribeye. both were to be served Medium rare, When my wife cut into her Burger it was well done and my Ribeye was well done as well. Bridgette was horrified. We were offered new meals or anything else we may have wanted but it was now 8:00 and we had been there for 2 hours. We declined the new meals , she informed the manager who took them off our bill. Joe's is very popular, but the Kitchen service was very slow. May or may nor go back as there are many great restaurants in Vegas that are as good and far less expensive.

Ordered carryout fried chicken and crab. Picture on website showed at least 7 pieces of chicken and for $24.95 that was expensive but wanted to try it. Actually received 4 pieces and when we got it home (about 15 minutes) it was room temperature and had to be reheated. Even KFC stays hot when you get home. The Miami location not only charges only $8.95 but clearly states that it is 4 pieces. Was told it was a misunderstanding but I don't think so.

I had high expectations of the bone in PRIME rib eye streak... it had zero marbling. Two big hunks of fat on the outside edge and was tough as a bottom round. The only things that made it edible is that it was cooked exactly as I asked. Med-medrare but that's all that could be said of it. My wife's seafood plate was a bit over cooked. What we took away from our $285.00 dining experience was that Joe's is a great place to get a burger! And all the waiting staff were great!

I was invited to have dinner here, this is probably one of the most expensive steak house styled restaurant in town. They are famous for their giants stone crab claws, which I was told are harvested by cutting off one of them from the crab each six months. The crab is not killed and the claw grows back. These are quite juicy but lack flavor, here comes either the butter or their own house sauce that makes the crab tasty. The king crab is a disappointment, the ones I bought from Costco taste sweeter and these cannot compare to the fresh ones from Hokkaido. Being a steak house, the steak is the weakest link. It was kind of tough and flavor was slightly better than average. The service is impeccable, which is a bright spot.

The quality of the food the atmosphere and especially the service make up the essence of our headline. When I told our waiter, Pedro, that it was our 48th anniversary he brought us over complimentary glasses of Champagne. We split an iceberg lettuce wedge salad outstandingly prepared followed by fillet mignon topped with Alaskan King Crab leg. Extraordinarily well prepared and presented. My wife and I were both particularly impressed with the quiet competence and outstanding service we saw being presented through the entire dining room.

Having been at Joe's on previous occasions we were expecting the same excellent experience and we were not disappointed. Dined here for lunch and dinner as the food, atmosphere, and service are what we are used to having lived on the gulf coast of Texas and Florida and coastal Northeast, we have had great seafood at some of the best restaurants and Joe's ranks right along with those. We enjoyed the sea bass, fried calamari (fresh, not frozen), jumbo lump crab cake, jumbo King Crab legs (and having done so in Alaska understand how King Crab should be prepared and should taste like), and the sides were on the same par. However, we did not find the lobster mac and cheese to be as good and lacked lobster that we have experienced at other establishments. Having said that, Joes is great value compared to a number of other fine dining establishments in Vegas and would still rate the overall experience as excellent.

Overall we enjoyed our experience at Joe's in Las Vegas. I was excited to see that Joe's of Miami Beach fame now had a restaurant in Las Vegas, we made a reservation on Open Table a month before our arrival in Las Vegas. We received a text to confirm our reservation the day before. Got to the restaurant at our reservation time and walked up the maitre d stand in the front of the seating outside the restaurant, the person told us to walk into the restaurant and see the maitre D at his podium. After doing so our reservation and size of party were confirmed we were sat in the dining room area. We were greeted by our server Gary who introduced himself and welcomed us. He suggested beverages and I ordered a glass of Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc ($12) and my wife ordered a glass of Milbrandt Cabernet ($11). \ Bread service was brought to the table. Excellent and unique bread service with a most delicious rye bread, pretzel bread and a cracker bread. Very nice! We ordered our dinner. I ordered calamari ($17.95) and Stone Crabs (5) ($95). My wife ordered Caesar Salad (13.95) and Salmon Au Poivre ($29.95). We ordered sides of sauteed spinach ($9.95) and Lyonnaise potatoes ($11.95). Food was served in a timely fashion and was prepared well. My wife enjoyed her salmon and I was excited about having stone crabs. My only complaint was that the the chef who prepared the stone crabs cracked the shells so that they were difficult to pull the meat out without getting shells as well. My memory of the Miami Beach Joe's was their mastery of cracking the crabs so that the meat just came out without a bunch of shell as well. The sides are indeed enough to share. The potatoes were incredible as was the fresh spinach. Our server Gary was very friendly and hospitable. The bus person insured our water glass was always full and offered (and we accepted) additional bread after I ate all that was in the basket. Gary did well to suggest dessert and suggested the famous Key Lime Pie. We were full from dinner so had to pass on dessert. We thought the pricing to be a bit pricey especially for the stone crab at $95 for 5 large claws. All in all, this was a very good experience and we highly recommend Joe's for a great dinner.

Top notch steak and crab. We enjoyed the food at Joe's so much we ate there twice in one week! The service and food are great. The fillets are fantastic, as are crab legs. And the pies are top notch as well. The dress code is fairly relaxed. Would recommend making reservations as early in the morning as possible as this place fills up fast. Definitely nicer atmosphere inside as opposed to in the atrium.

This was my second visit to Joe's and, as with the first visit, it was a perfect dining experience. I arrived a few minutes early and was seated promptly. Almost immediately I was greeted by my waiter who took my drink order. He was back within minutes and I ordered "The Whale" as my appetizer. The Whale consists of a lobster tail, King Crab claws, large shrimp and cerviche, served on ice. It was the perfect beginning to a perfect meal. For my entree I ordered Filet Mignon Oscar Style and a side of asparagus. It was cooked exactly as I ordered it "Medium Rare". My waiter was attentive and anxious to please. Strongly recommend Joe's to anyone who enjoys fine dining.

The atmosphere is classis NYC steakhouse and all the waiters are in black Tuxedos. My wife and I shared dishes which was a perfect way to sample more menu items. The Stonecrab claws are a must and the seafood salad is large enough for two and leftovers to go. If you like lobster bisque, try their crab bisque. Amazing. And to top it off, get the key lime pie. For a great service experience ask for table #15, a corner booth, and request Gerardo & Marino to take care of you. Those two are top-notch, very attentive and professional.

The DC outpost of a 100+ years old Florida restaurant. Very nice decor. Friendly service, altough possibly not invisible enough to my taste. Phenomenal food. We all tried seafood. We all loved it. I would definitely go back, at least for the tuna fillet mignon, a piece of fish handled like a super thick steak. Delicious!

If your looking for a nice place but not stuffy, Joe's is your joint. The food cost is high due to the menu but its on par with other seafood places and the staff here is exceptional. They help advise you and don't "sell' you. service is quick but their happy to have you spend some time there. I had fried choices and my wife had baked options. both exceptional.
