We stumbled into this restaurant without reservations in the middle of the day and enjoyed a really terrific meal. The quesa fundido with chorizo was one of the best things I’ve ever had..with it, we also had a Chinese noodle dish with really great cocktails....This was a really good visit. I highly recommendMore

My BFF and I wanted a fun place to have lunch while we were in Vegas and this place hit all the marks. We had yummy margaritas with our quesafundido. This is served topped with chorizo and a side of tortilla chips. We then saw...the quesabirria being cooked on the open grill and had to order those as well. The BEST taco we have ever had. Oh my, that consome made with beef and lamb was to die for! Our waiter was awesome and the service was quick but not rushed. We sat at the counter so we could watch the staff making fresh tortillas. Highly recommend and can't wait to go again.More

Went to this place for lunch, not sure what to expect, but wow the dim sums were great, excellent taste, quick and friendly service, highly recommend for a quick / casual lunch.

I've been to Las Vegas roughly one week each year for 14 years, and I'm not sure I've had tastier food ...the Dan dan noodles were spectacular, and the veggie fried rice was a close second. Tuna ceviche had tons of tuna (unlike many I've...had elsewhere), and the menu had enough variation to keep everyone at the table happy.More

We loved our dinner at China poblano. The shrimp&pork dumplings with the vinegar was our favorite. Second was the Dan Dan noodles. Every taco was awesome as well. Fun casual environment!

We had a delicious meal of fish tacos, tuna ceviche, and golden pigs. But what really made it stand out was the service. From the greeter to those that brought us our drinks, they were attentive and so nice. Especially our server Tina who elevated...the whole experience. It is now my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas and will be back as soon as I can.More

Must agree with DDM137's review for starters. Met with reverse discrimination by the hostess who indicated we could not be seated as they were closed between lunch and dinner (we were a tad early due to time change difference stomach clocks) only to find out...they do not close between lunch and dinner?! Wow. Server (tall with shaved head - no name given to us who need not be in service industry at all), brought my cocktail without explaining why I was mixing in my own soda/tonic? and failed to bring a glass for my husband's beer. So, he asked if he could have a glass and our pretentious pompous "person" of a server (who had no reason to be so) never came back with a glass. Server continued rudeness and passed table to another server and said he was going on break however, he did not leave the floor or the door. He was passing his complaint off to someone else as our ticket came to us with new server's name who was friendly and accommodating who got the AMEX platinum tip! Tuna Ceviche we ordered was pretty when it came out but Tuna was on the tipsy edge of "don't serve" and due to taste impairment should not have been. We opted to stop here with our Tuna Ceviche(spoiled), Guacamole (warm but decent), Chicken Dim Sum (fair but not great) apps and 1 drink and we opted to stop here and count this as a loss in Vegas. We do not recommend as I followed up when I got home (due to rudeness and food safety) and Asst Mgr never followed up with my telephone call (yes, it was that bad and I do not call as a norm). If you insist on trying it yourself: The menu description is in a font of 8, parking is at the Cosmopolitan Casino and they do have valet. It is located in a food court like area of the hotel on an upper floor near the oversized Chandelier (which is a bar on several floor levels).More

Excellent all the way around. We ordered the queso fundido with chorizo, a fish taco, a pork taco, and the fried rice. Everything was better than the last. It was the best fried rice I have ever had. I think the tacos ,while delicious, were...a small for the price tag as was the Salt Air Margarita. The queso and the fried rice were generous portions and good for sharing. Will definitely be back.More

Two elderly Mexican women cooking one taco at a time painfully slow in front of me and others. The Beef taco was greasy and tasteless. The only good thing was the guacamole - now that had flavor. Long line for take-out ,made those of us...in the restaurant, wait forever. Bad service all around.More

Great fresh Mexican food, fresh tortillas nice and hot habanero salsa. Chilaquiles appetizer is awesome. Fish tacos and carnitas tacos are phenomenal. Cool atmosphere, watch the tortillas being made at the bar. Chinese noodles available also.
