Excellant restaurant, great people working there, and the owners are amazing. They are truly dedicated and come from very humble backrounds. The food is very Unique and tasty, chicken is their speciality and they do all dishes great! I've been to Asia many times, and their signature dish of chicken rice does not taste authentic and is uninteresting. It's nothing like the chicken rice I've had in Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand. Their chicken bone broth tastes like it was made with bouillon. $1...wings for happy hour seems pricey, but they were ok. They don't know how to cook foie gras, as the cook supposedly failed at least once and then the piece we got was fried so thoroughly that it was dense and dry. We arrived for happy hour and our server seemed to forget about us once the dinner crowd started arriving.More

Menu has limited selections; some items above average, but for the most part the rest are on par with something you’d taste from a National chain restaurant. Bar selection is extremely limited. They have several specialty cocktails, but i wanted to order a bourbon neat...and my choices were Makers Mark and a label I’ve seen offered as a “well drinks”.More

This was a treat. Nice decor, up on E. Fremont off the Blvd. Interesting menu items, presentation and lots of taste. Nice service added up to a good experience. We'll be back again.

This place sure cooks up authentic Hainan chicken rice! The flavor is on point, just like the ones you get in Asia. The soy sauce that comes with the mean is really delicious along with the sambal and ginger sauce. The rice itself is also...well flavored. The chicken is moist and it comes with both white and dark meat. I also ordered the char kwey teow but was disappointed because it didn’t come with the traditional wide flat noodles. The flavor was ok and was rather oily. Hence, the four stars.More

We had only 30 spare minutes before having to rash to the airport and the stuff there was extremly understanding and helpful. Pointed the dishes they can serve immediately and did everything possible so we could enjoy our meal and leave on time. Plus the...food was good. I'd gladly come back and enjoy there a longer meal.More

I went to Flock and Fowl for some great chicken and got exactly that. Delicious wings with a wide variety of sauces to pick from. Watch out for the very hot ones because your mouth will go on fire! The Cornish hen was crispy on...the outside, juicy on the inside. Chicken rice was perfect and the chicken bone broth soup was great! The Chinese chicken salad was full of mandarin oranges, chicken pieces, and cabbage and really hit the spot. The fried chicken sandwich was really stuffing- no pun intended. Great service and great atmosphere. The hainan chicken was definitely the signature dish!More
