Way to many amazing dishes and great service. We had group of 6 and each order something different. Every dish was so good I will have to go back to try 6 more to see if I could actually pick a favourite. We had seafood...platter, bone marrow, and grilled cheese for shares all some of the best I every had. For mains we had pick all except the lamb and everyone was fantastic. Will definitely be there next time in Vegas can’t wait.More

We go to Beauty and Essex everytime we are in Vegas. Our favorite dishes are the bone marrow (don't let it scare you) and the grilled cheese dumplings. This time we tried the chicken meatballs with ricotta and gravy, they were amazing! All plates are...sharing size. Make sure to make a reservation.More

As a plant-based couple, this restaurant is fantastic for vegetarians!!! Everything had cheese so it won't work for vegans. . . but. . . The food was SO GOOD - seriously. . . I miss it, we BOTH miss it, when usually I'm (Jessie) just...the one who cares about food - even Steven was stoked on it. The drinks were also delicious. I had something with a cucumber. . . and Steven had the whiskey drink with maple syrup - not sure of the names - but they were both delicious and enough to make you a little buzzed. The menu was pricey, it's a hidden Tapas restaurant with an upscale atmosphere at the Cosmo so of course it is, but every plate was worth it. We had the grilled cheese wonton tomato soup things, the street corn ravioli things, the focaccia pizza things, and the creme pot dessert thing. We ate every last bite of each one. We were worried that we wouldn't feel full with the tiny portions, but with three split main course plates and a shared dessert - we were full up afterward. We went during the Delta variant of COVID and shortly after it opened at 5:30PM so it wasn't really busy. . . but service was GREAT!!!! They made sure our waters were full and our empty plates were cleared which I super appreciate. The ambiance was super cool with decor like vintage lockets and jewelry cases juxtaposed with CCTV cams (since it's inside a pawn shop front) and dim enough lighting to help mask the fact that I way overdid my smokey eye that night. They even knew we were celebrating our wedding eve so they brought out delicious congratulations cake pops!!! If you're staying at the Cosmo I highly recommend charging the meal to your room or at least adding your Identity card when you pay because the tab will definitely help you wrack up points! All in all, highly recommend!! Check out our review of our stay in other reviews or in our videos!More

You won’t leave hungry! Went with a group of 6. We ordered Empanadas, French Dip, Thai Shrimp, tomato soup dumplings, mexican ravioli, meatballs and scallops. Everything was delicious. While it’s small plates you won’t leave hungry. It was about $550 only half of us ordered...a cocktail. I would go back!More

We will definitely be returning here! You walk in through a pawn shop (yes, people were actually buying things) and continue through a door to get to the actual restaurant. The vibe was great, food really good, service nice. No complaints. We loved everything about...our evening and meal, and it was a pleasant experience.More

This place is a true gem inside the cosmo. The food menu is uniquely curated with the intentions of sharing dishes and constantly having food arriving at the table in small plate fashion. The best dishes were the French Dip sliders and the scallops although...everything that came out was unique and truly delicious. The environment is ideal for the last Vegas strip. Well dressed staff and clientele, dim lighting, “turned up” modern music playlist with all of your favorite artists. We had to get 7 total dishes (not including dessert) for a group of 3. Service was wonderful and quick too!More

How do I put it? Don’t go hungry. Seriously. The atmosphere, staff, and food were all fabulous; it just wasn’t enough. The menu gives off a “shareable” and “family style” vibe but when you get the food it is basically one bite per person. We...had a group of 4 in Vegas to celebrate our friends birthday and we were very excited to eat here as we had seen so many great reviews. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The server was very knowledgeable about the drinks and menu items. We started with two “shareables”- tomato soup with grilled cheese dumplings and yellowtail. When they came out there were six spoons of soup- yes, just 6 spoons. Also the yellowtail was about 6 pieces of fish. Now, don’t get me wrong the food was DELICIOUS. But for roughly $20 per plate it just plain wasn’t enough. We then ordered Mexican corn ravioli, roast beef sliders (had to add an extra because it only comes with 3), Thai style shrimp, and a steak. Again, these were all basically appetizers- very expensive appetizers but appetizer portions nonetheless. We paid $25 for 5 shrimp. And I’m sad thinking about the money we dropped on a few pieces of steak. I only ate one slice so that my husband could eat more. $400 later we went to Shake Shack for a burger and shakes. This is the place for you if you aren’t hungry but still want to spend hundreds of dollars to snack. Definitely don’t hit up a dispensary before you go here! Maybe it’s because we are native Texans and we expect “family style” to feed a family... maybe everything truly is bigger in Texas and we have wild expectations. Either way, we haven’t laughed so hard in a while. It was an experience but we likely won’t ever return since it was outrageously priced for such tiny portions.More

We stopped by here and had drinks & appetizers in the bar. I like the ambiance and decor. For drinks we had the Emerald Gimlet, the Green with Envy and the Nirvana. All very delicious and enticing to the eye. For appetizers we enjoyed the...grilled cheese, smoked bacon & tomato soup dumpling- very unique but tasty! We also had the tuna poke tacos which had great flavor as well. I’d love to try out dinner sometime.More
