Super slow for average food

We had just finished the Pictured Rocks cruise. It was amazing and a great way to spend a beautiful Saturday afternoon. We got to the restaurant at about 1:15. They are in a prime location as they must get a ton of foot traffic from the boat tours that are running throughout the day. But they were poorly staffed. One poor lady was working the sales counter by herself. And she was also responsible for cleaning and refilling the condiment stations. That isn’t fair to ask of one person on a busy Saturday afternoon. We placed our order and waited 30 minutes to get our food. The massive order you ask? We ordered two burgers and two fries. They’ve got four people working the grills but it still took 30 minutes for what is fast food quality burgers to come out. The prices aren’t cheap and the food took way too long to come out for fast food burgers. We unfortunately won’t be back the next time we’re in town. Management needs to better staff the counters. They lost a lot of business from potential customers who simply walked away due to the long lines.

A little better than fast food

This is a "higher version" of fast food burgers. They were good, though I am not sure worth the cost. I will say that it is not fast as the burgers are fresh and HOT! Took about 10 minutes per order before me (waited about 20 minutes). The loaded fries were delicious, but again...two burgers and a loaded fry was $30. Because of Covid, they only have bottled water at $2 per bottle.

Good, Local Burger Joint

We stopped in Munising on our way back from Marquette to home. We decided to stop at Eh! Burger for lunch, and it was a good decision. The quality of the beef and other ingredients was very good, everything is cooked to order, the fries were homemade, and overall everything tasted very good. THey had alot of indoor seating, as well as a number of picnic tables out back with a view of the lake. There are a few downsides though: the food is a bit expensive for what it is (burgers and fries), with everything being made to order we waited about 20 minutes to get our food, and it is very smokey inside. It sure smelled good but was a little weird. Why not put in a few exhaust fans in the kitchen area? Our overall experience was good and I recommend eating at Eh! Burger if you are in Muninsg.

Rude and unfriendly staff

Stopped for breakfast with a family of 8. Cashier was no help and Didn’t explain that the lunch and dinner menu was available also for breakfast. Also moved a chair as one was missing at a table and cashier felt the need to yell across the restaurant that instead of moving her chairs there were bigger table in the back. I replied There was a chair missing and she said it is supposed to be. Tables in back set 6. Wouldn’t eat here again just based on rudeness and the serving size for breakfast was ridiculously small servings .

Burgers were OK

The burgers were OK but not the best we have ever had. Plus, the fries were cold. We ate inside the restaurant since the seating areas were well separated, but they also have a couple picnic tables outside. The wait staff did follow all safety procedures like wearing masks.

This place this was not what we expected. Be ready for the life sized velociraptor! Lol! So cool! I love that this restaurant is veteran owned. It is not a sit down service restaurant. You order your food, get your own drinks, and then pick up your order when it's ready. The tables were really cool with maps of the area on each one. The food was good and the kids enjoyed it!

Eh! Burger has some great sounding menu options and we would like to try them in the future. However, due to COVID their hours and supplies fluctuate and they have to close for cleaning. Calling didn’t work, so I would recommend driving by to see how busy it is and if they’re open, as they will post on their door if they are closed. Monday seems to be a popular day for closing to clean. We also noticed they were open late on Sundays, though that isn’t posted online and they didn’t answer their phone, so we had already found food elsewhere.

Price and Food Don't Match

My husband really wanted to go here, so despite the reviews on TA, we went. The other reviewers are right. The prices are comparable to what you would pay at a full service restaurant, but the food quality is more like fast food.

Great food but NOT enforcing masks!

I really like their food and stop frequently when passing through Munising. Today we stopped and even a food service prep cook wasn't wearing a mask and they prepared our food. I tried calling ahead for curbside but no one answer the phone and it doesn't seem like they have curbside pick up. I called twice. I'm a frontline worker and can't afford to give it to my patients.

Average Burger Joint

The food was just average. The place was very busy, and the wait around 45 mins. This is a counter service place, so you order your food and then wait for it to be complete to pick up from a separate window. The staff was not the friendliest. Would probably not go here again.

Burgers are pretty tasty

Burgers were very tasty. Unfortunately fries do not come with the burgers. 4 burgers, 4 fries and 4 drinks was $65. Not terrible.. the fries were nice and crispy, burgers were good. Seating is very limited indoor, it is NOT air conditioned so its pretty warm in there. There are outside picnic tables you can eat at. I feel so bad for where you pick up your burgers (they call out your number and you go to another counter to pick it up) the cooks had to have been so incredible HOT. You could just feel the heat standing near waiting for your order. Soda is self serve. Tables are not cleaned very well in between customers. Bathroom was clean when i used it

Nice location! Food, not so nice.

We stopped here for our first meal in the UP after a long day of driving. I had high hopes based on some of the reviews I had read, and also based on the looks of the place. My white fish didn't have a lot of flavor and was..."mushy" for lack of a better word. The texture definitely made me think it was undercooked. I usually LOVE fish of any kind, so this was disappointing. My husband's burger was also undercooked. (Not unsafely so, just light pink--not the way he ordered it.) I asked if I could have tater tots instead of the fries that came with my meal. I was told yes, but wasn't told about the $1.50 up charge. (If you order them on the side, there's just a 50 cent difference between fries and tots.) The fish was hot; the overcharged tots were tepid. The coleslaw was...odd. I couldn't tell if it had gone bad or if they just used seasonings that made it taste nothing like coleslaw normally tastes. My husband and I both tried one bite, but neither of us risked a second one! All in all, it was an expensive, underwhelming meal. The young woman who took our order was very friendly though! The location is convenient for everyone coming off the tour boats, and they serve beer, so I'm sure they'll continue to do a thriving business. But if you want AMAZING fish (and fries), go to Cap'n Ron's Fish & Chips (just past Seaberg Pontoon Rebtals on Commercial St.)

The great and the terrible

My wife had a really great burger. One of the best I've tasted. I had what was billed as a whitefish basket. For $15 I received two puny and poorly prepared pieces of fish, a small tasteless dinner bun, a couple of tablespoons of bland coleslaw and some passable fries. Very disappointed.

This place is very nice and clean. It looks like a franchise. Prices are actually pretty expensive and all the items are a la carte. It is a great location. You can take your food and sit outside or walk down closer to lake shore. I had the whitefish sandwich and it was pretty good.

Nothing burger

Way over priced. Single patty burger- small, single patty melt-small, white fish sandwich-tiny, large fry and a very small portion of fries with beef gravy and cheese was $52.00. The burger literally had no taste. Will not be back and I bet this place will be closed by my visit to Munising next year.
