First time at a ruby tuesdays in quite a while. Unfortunately meal was just so so. Salad bar was ok. The lettuce looked a little wilted. The mandarin oranges had a weird taste like they were old or outdated. Got couple drinks and those were...a little disappointing, not as good as thought they would be. Food was ok but nothing spectacular. I would say the blackened tilapia was better than expected.More

This is a sysco restaruant. There is little to no actual cooking going on at this place. And thats ok. They dont advert home cooked meals or cooked/prepared to order dining. It is what it is.More

I was here last week for lunch with friends. They were not busy, but our server forgot to order 1 out of 4 meals. We had to wait for them to prepare it, then no follow up for refills, she just disappeared even though she...was visible on the other side of the restaurant. When it was well past a normal eating time, I had to leave the table and approach the manager for the check and then pay it.More

Top notch from the moment we entered the door. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. The hickory bourbon salmon was a good choice. Salad bar was very fresh with multiple choices. Glad we stopped in. Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Decided to stop by for dinner and the hostess greated us and said, are you guys ok with sitting in the back. I thought it was an odd question to ask when the place was not full and they had roughly 5 employees waiting on...customers. We get seated in a booth towards the back and after 5 minutes, no one waited on us. Another guy comes in and is seated and is waited on immediately. My friend and I walked out so this restaurant didn't get my money and I will never be back! Good riddance to a bad restaurant.More

I usually love this chain, but today was a horrible experience. My table was right beside the host station and the very loud phone was ringing off the hook right in my ear. I ordered the chicken queso burrito. The queso sauce was just like...a layer of paste on top of my cold chewy tortilla. Inside there was a few bites if chicken toward the middle a few jalapeños and tons of sticky white rice. It was horrible! When my waiter finally came to ask how everything tasted I told him it was really not good at all. He did not apologize or ask if he could get me something else just cleared my plates and brought my check.More

Generally speaking, Ruby Tuesday's have a wonderful consistency across the country. Some friends invited me to go to a birthday dinner Ruby Tuesday in Urbandale Iowa. Everything was great except for the broccoli salad on the salad bar which had soured. I mentioned to our...server the problem Oh, and of course she apologized, but that is the last I heard of it. No one came and asked me about my experience. No one offered to take my salad bar off the check. I never did find out if they changed out the bowl of that broccoli salad.More

I ordered the bourbon sirloin steak with baked potato and salad bar. My steak was to be medium and it was rare. The steak and baked potato was cold. The butter would not even melt on the potato. The steak was so tough you couldn't...hardly cut it with the steak knife. The waitress took it back to have it reheated. I waited 15 minutes and finally told her to just charge me for the salad bar and I didn't want the steak or potato. My friends were already finished with their meal by this time.More

My hubby was having a procedure done, and was unable to have food. Ruby Tuesday was right next door to our motel. I was greeted at the door, by a nice young lady, and the interior door was opened by a young man, that seated...me at a small booth. The waiter came over and took my drink order and what I wanted to eat. I sat there several minutes before he even brought my ice tea. I barely had my ice tea before my food was brought out. The rest was not that busy, and as the waiter passed by, quite quickly, he asked if everything was alright. I ordered the Shrimp, which came with fries and coleslaw l. It was well worth the money. The shrimp was fried in a light batter, with excellent flavor. The ice tea is really good. The problem I had, was with the waiter, as I thought he should have stopped to heck and see if I needed an ice tea refill. He did bring me an ice tea to go, which made me feel that I had been there long enough. The food was good, and I would eat here again.More

Though right now we just get take-out, we love the food at Ruby Tuesday’s. The staff is great and are efficient and very pleasant. Best of all is the salad bar with the green peas, my favorite potato salad, and the Waldorf salad.

Overall a pleasant experience. I tried the combo for $18 and I must say the chicken and steak were small but perfectly cooked and tasty. The sides were good, the broccoli, masked potatoes and zucchini. The salad bar was excellent and tasty. Bathroom clean and...good service.More

It is kinda surprising to find any Ruby Tuesday restaurants still around. Most of the ones I familiar with in the Midwest have closed over the last couple of years. I had a coupon, which in my opinion is the only way their prices make...sense. They have decent food, but it's overpriced.More
