I was there for breakfast and got a breakfast burrito and pancake with berries. Both was super tasty. What I really liked about the place, was, that it was possible to got a smaller portion of the pancake instead of the regular one as I just wanted it as sweet dessert after the burrito. The staff was super friendly. I'll definitely come back again, when I visit Chicago next time.

We were staying at the Ritz Carlton and noticed the long lines in front of the next door Wildberry. So we waited until about noon and asked for a table - 20 minutes later we were seated in a full restaurant. The service is fast and efficient, the menu is quite comprehensive. I thought the prices were quite reasonable especially given the quality and quantity of food you are served.

Our server was Val, and she was terrific! Ordered the eggs Benedict ($18) with a special request for crispy hash browns. Eggs were very good and the two slabs of ham off the bone very generous - sadly hash browns were pasty white and not very hot. Server did have them remade and the second try was the charm. Hubby ordered minced ham & eggs with hash browns and a side of pancakes ($18). Regular coffee ($4) and the latte ($5) both good.

This placed is over hyped! If you want a sugary breakfast this could work. Portions are huge so seriously share your plate I couldn’t even eat half of my pancakes. I had gluten free pancakes and they were grainy and so heavy. I should have known it would not meet my standards but I didn’t have a reaction so I think they take allergies seriously here. My kids pj bread was stale, which is interesting for the type of establishment. We paid 70 for two adults, two kids meals, a coffee and OJ so for breakfast at that price I expected good food. Pros: coffee was good, location is great, restaurant is nicely decorated and clean, staff is efficient.

Four of us visited Wildberry on a Tuesday morning. I was surprised that we were able to get right in because I'd heard of the long lines! We ate outside and our server was very attentive and informative. Food was delicious! Very generous servings!

I had their breakfast buritto, nice size portion and very filling. My wife had the pancakes, served 4 toa stack and each one made with a different fruit. Service was also exellence. It was on the pricing side, but a nice treat.

My family and I came here for breakfast twice during our trip to Chicago. We arrived a few minutes before opening both mornings and there was a line formed outside the doors. By the time we were leaving after breakfast, there was a waitlist and many people waiting. The service was great. The food was fantastic. I had the berry bliss french toast the first morning and the strawberry almond french toast the second, both were delicious. Other food ordered by my family included the blueberry danish crepes, and the cinnamon roll pancakes. Nobody had a bad thing to say about what they ordered. Portions were very large.

The wait wasn’t bad but the service was subpar. I ordered a waffle and the waffle was harder than a funnel cake. I asked the waiter to switch to pancakes and he seemed annoyed but made the switch. Pancakes were decent. The eggs aren’t that good. Our waiter barely came by and when he did it was so quick we couldn’t even ask him for assistance. I had to ask a table cleaner to go find him. Also, the tables were stacked so close together there wasn’t even enough space on the table for our plates and my elbow constantly hit the wall when cutting my food because we were so cramped. It just wasn’t a good experience.

All the food is well prepared and massive portion sizes. Some of the dishes are very creative adaptations. The pancakes and French Toast are like desserts - rich creamy, decadent. The eggs Benedict is perfectly prepared, delicious, and comes in a variety of options. Their skillets are sizzling, savory and very filling. They have some outdoor seating which is somewhat shaded in the early morning, but the rest of the time is in the blazing sun. The indoor seeting is ample and on two floors. The servers are genuinely friendly and the bus stuff is also eager to help even if they don't always understand what's being asked. Tip: It fills up fast. By about 8:30 on the weekends there's a crowd waiting to get in.

Relatively short wait on a Thursday at 10am. Lots of seating areas and very fast service. Menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. Did not enjoy my white chocolate mocha but everything else was great. Had the vegan hash but subbed real bacon for the vegan patty (sorry vegans!). Great veggie mix with lots of flavor and bacon is fantastic. Portions are large (table next to us had a bowl of oatmeal the size of a basketball...) and prices are reasonable. Would definitely come back.

The food was amazing! Even the coffee (I ordered the hazelnut latte) was on point! My husband and I went two consecutive days because we wanted to try more items on the menu after day one. The first day we arrived around 9:40 am and had a 20 minute wait. Just like other reviews have mentioned, by the time were seated, the wait was up to 45 mins for others that arrived after us so arrive early if you want no wait. We went again at 7:30 am and were one of maybe four parties present in the restaurant. Moral of the story, the earlier the better if waiting isn't your thing. The food is worth the hype.

Had to wait about 20 minutes on a mid Monday morning but the berry bliss French toast was delicious! Worth the wait. It’s a chain but the food is still good. Would love to try other things on the menu but sadly there is no wild berry where we live.

Website offers carry out or curbside pickup. Ordered breakfast for curbside pickup. Following emailed instructions, called when we got to resturant. No one answered the phone. When I went into the resturant to ask, the gal behind the register airily said “oh we don’t do curbside delivery any more - you have to walk in to get your carry out.” Ok....then why doesn’t your ChowNow ordering site just say that? The food was great, but with the attitude of that staff person, we don’t plan to be repeat customers.

Had lunch here as we were in the neighborhood. Seemed busy. Ordered the pesto mozzarella panini with prosciutto and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The sandwich was dominated by the bread, mozzarella was tasteless and the tomato was nearly green, hard and raw. The soup was really salty and the noodles were soggy. Price was high also Not recommended.

We took a short family vacay and needed some breakfast for fuel and this was right by our hotel. Oh. My. Word. I wanted to try a new breakfast place every day, but we just went here every morning because we could not stop. Our family of four including kids 9 and 11 tried just about everything on the menu. My youngest is not a big breakfast eater and even he loved it. I had the seasonal corn bread eggs benedict and it was probably one of the top 10 meals of my life. Twice I just got a side of corned beef hash and it was so huge that it was an entire breakfast. My kids loved the cookie dough waffle, fruity pebbles pancakes, and cinnamon roll pancakes. Husband got blueberry lemon curd pancakes, breakfast burrito, and eggs benedict. Their staff--how do they do it? So welcoming, always came when we needed them, never too much or too little. True professionals. They had a dedicated staff just to get our waters and plates and clear empties and let the servers do their jobs. You know how you get to a restaurant and you sit for 15 min before someone brings you water? That never happened. We went when they were slow and when they were busy and we always had great service and never felt ignored. I am not usually a breakfast person, but out of our whole trip to Chicago my favorite place was Wildberry.
