We had breakfast here yesterday morning and it was very good. My husband and I both had the Mercier Mountain Breakfast (he had over easy and I had scrambled eggs.) We got 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, a biscuit with our choice of jam,...apple or strawberry butter. I also had a side of grits. We both left quite satisfied with our meal. Definitely worth the short wait. Also, tables were spread out and employees were wearing masks.More

Great family spot me and my wife and kids were in Blue Ridge Mountain visiting. We stopped by there to have breakfast on my last day they are so friendly there. They just don’t have a restaurant they also sell food, drinks, fruit and other...locally harvested items. I had the mountain breakfast and we bought some of the cherry apple cider which taste absolutely great they also have a nice bakery. I recommend anybody in town to stop by and give them a try you will absolutely love it.More

Came here as it seemed novel - a cafe situated in an orchard. This was everything we thought it could be and more. This cafe is located within their supermarket, which focuses on locally grown produce and, of course, apples. We went early, which is...wise, as it filled up quickly. Masks are required until seated. We were seated quickly and we ordered our food. They brought out apple cider donut holes as we looked everything over - yes, those are just as good as they sound. I ordered the French toast... So, not normal French toast - this is apple bread - chunks of sweet apple in fresh baked bread, covered in apple pie filling made with fresh apples. Just apple cinnamony goodness all around. I also had some applewood smoked bacon with that, which was good, but rather silly as I was already full and appled up by the time I munched on that. Just an outstanding meal - highly recommend. Afterwards, we checked out their produce and picked up some dried apples and some fried apple pies. Would have picked up some hard cider - that they make here as well - but it was Sunday, and there are those pesky laws in this area. Wonderful meal - wonderful experience. Highly recommend.More

We were heading home to FL and really wanted to grab some apple cider before leaving the area. My husband ran in and grabbed some and of course, returned to the car with donuts. They were really good when they were hot & fresh but...as soon as they started to cool off they got kinda greasy and unfortunately we threw the rest out. They were pretty pricey so that was a disappointment. His eyes were bigger than his stomach so that was on us.More

December, 2020, We stopped in for Breakfast (only Sat & Sun) because we had heard so many positive remarks about the Café. We were seated immediately and the order was taken and the food arrived quickly. I got Scrambled eggs and a sausage patty with...bisket and the Sausage was very good. My friend got eggs and bisket and gravy which were also good. I have better breakfast but it was good.More

After being at Mercier a couple of years ago, we were really looking forward to this visit. We didn't eat breakfast, planning on having sandwiches and other goodies here. What a let down to see that area was closed! We went ahead and got a...couple of pies and scooted right on out because it was a mass of humanity.More

Ate here twice in one trip. Omelet was huge. Rye bread and they let me add a scoop of pimento cheese. Had corn in it which was weird but ok. Definitely will go back.

My family and I were like kids in a candy shop! There were so many different locally made options. We loved the orchard and it's family history. We bought many different things as gifts for our family and friends. We had an AMAZING time and...will definitely be back!More

HI there, It just depends really. We haven't gotten enough rain lately for it to be muddy up there. But if we get enough sometimes it can get a bit treacherous up there. Luckily that is not the case for this weekend! :)
