What an amazing place. This is high end great food for a great and reasonable price. Where else can you get a half pound wagyu burger for under ten bucks. Thursdays you can get a burger, fries, and beer for only ten bucks.. Wow!! The place is so clean and inviting. The fries are amazing and staff is so friendly and warm. They make you feel like part of the family. Great job and well done!

My wife and I use to go to this burger place every Thursday at lunch during 2020 and early 2021. They have a good deal on Thursday you get a burger with two patties and Fries and a draft beer for 10.70 tax included. That is hard to beat. Bust when we went back this fall at the beginning of November, the first beer I was poured tasted like soap son I went back they gave another brand and it also tasted like soap. Maybe there was a problem with the draft machine... I'll give them another try this week.
If it is not better, they'll lose a customer.
BTW I have noticed that they have changed the manager in the spring I have noticed that it's been going downhill since then.

To whom it may concern, last week me and my husband came in and we met Jan. She was one of the nicest people I ever met. We were in for the wings again today and we found out they were no longer on sale, her personality and the way that she dealt with us and made us feel comfortable, selecting other items for the menu was amazing. Jen is an awesome person with a really good spirit that uses all out of her. At the end of the day we bought two dinners each one for tonight and one for tomorrow. Good job on hiring Jen she’s definitely a keeper.

After a long trip to go to Marco Island, decided to stop a BurgerFi because of all the good past experience at other locations… BUT NOT at this one! Paid at 3:26 PM for one ultimate bacon cheeseburger and the ceo with fries and at 4:16 PM, I went up and asked for a status that no one provided. I proceed to ask for a refund and no one knew how to do it nor there was a manager on site.
Walked in the restaurant and should have known due to the long line, and only two employees (one at the register and one in the kitchen). At around 3:45 PM, another employee showed up to help in the kitchen, then another one at 4:05 PM.
People who placed orders after mine, got their food while I had to wait longer! I do blame the management for the lack of oversight, especially on a weekend.
I will never stop nor recommend this BurgerFi to anyone. Management better get their act together soon or it will be another location gone.

My wife and I have been going to your restaurant since it opened and it has been our go to spot for a burger and fries. We were always satisfied with the food until the the last couple visits when we have started to notice it hasn't been as good. We have always enjoyed the burgers and we think the fries were some of the best we have had,but it seems like the burgers are not as hot as they normally are and the fries have been greasy. We normally visit at least once a week and have noticed the change within the last 3 visits. We have always been fans of burgerfi and hope that this is just a quality control issue that will pass but we felt the need to voice our opinion because we like your restaurant so much. I cannot figure out how this place got a travelers award. It was a huge disappointment, especially for $35 and we had no alcohol and drink water. The first time we ate there the hamburger was decent. The milkshake machine was not working. The second time I tried to eat there the place was full of people waiting for their food. One lady said she had waited 30 minutes and still did not get her food. Today we ate there. The place was just about empty. The hamburger was good however the french fries obvious were old fries and thrown back into the fryer to heat them up They were greasy and cool inside. I cannot believe we paid $5 for that and The onion rings Looked great, but where the greasiest I have ever eaten. I highly suspect that either the fryer was not hot enough or they do not clean their grease.

Attended Burgerfi with immediate and extended family for the first time and with the amount of people we were, we were all extremely pleased with the service. The prep times and patience while taking all our orders was amazing. We all felt welcomed and well cared for while ordering to make sure we each got what we wanted.

They had Great Servers especially Timothy, Delivering a fantastic well-built CEO burger not too dry nor too Greasy but just right. With Fresh Fries made, and the greatest onion rings ever . Thank you for making our visit AMAZING! I highly recommend others to eat here before any other fast food restaurant

This was the first hamburger I have had in a while. OMG it was delicious in every way! So fresh and so tasty!!!! I also had onion rings they were giant and also fresh. They had a little spice to them which I did not like because I don’t like any kind of hot spice.

I write several reviews about hotels, nice dining restaurants, and traveling. However, this is the first time writing about a fast food restaurant. Kimberly the employee working the cash register was so professional, and nice, I need to give her a shout out! Far too many employees at these types of restaurants could careless about your business, Kimberly this location was a breath of fresh air and customer service the way it should be. BugerFi is lucky to have here working there. :)

The staff at this location is Great! Marcela, Danny and Nilce go out of there way to make your visit the best! It appears that my previous complaint about running out of draft beer has been remedied and has not been a problem recently! Always great food and service!

The woman at the front register was very nice and understanding, and didn’t rush us during our order, even though it was our first time here. The cook I believe his name was jorge cooked us a delicious burger. We will definitely be coming back and suggesting this location to friends and family!

Everything was "spot-on" for our visit- clean atmosphere, pleasant service, very fast and fresh food, order was correct. Food was good (we each had a BurgerFi w cheese, shared a Cry n' Fry and had local beers). A nice lunch w some AC.

I had preordered and prepaid for take out on line with a set pick up time (1.5 hours later). When I arrived at the specified time my order was not yet started. After waiting 15 minutes, I inquired as to when my order might be ready. The girl, Hope, said as she motioned around with her hands, “ as you can see we are very busy”. Her tone of voice was very dismissive, and she sounded put out that I would ask. Finally after waiting a total of 30 minutes for my pre ordered prepaid take out order, it was ready. I was handed my bag without a word of apology for the delay.
I will never go back.

Marcela, Danny, and Jesus took great care of us on our visit. This was our first time and they made it very easy explaining their fascinating menu! 5 star service throughout the whole time we ate.
We will definitely be back! Keep up the great work.
