All the fish is fresh and you can choose. However, it is strictly wine & beer, with limited seating and ambiance. Fairly pricey for what would otherwise be called a simple cafe with beach decor (& seemingly beach waitstaff, i.e. casual and not very quick).

When the thought of having something “ Fresh from the Sea “ strikes your fancy, Flagler Fish Company is the place to be. What a wonderful assortment and variety of “ Fresh Fish “ you could ever witness. This restaurant has been serving it up...over the past 16 years ever since the Casper family first opened these doors. They’ve weathered every type of storm imaginable over those years and still they’re providing some of the best Seafood dinners in Flagler Beach. My wife and I just enjoyed a wonderful Mahi sandwich lightly blackened with Asiago Potatoes. Our server “ Tracy “ was perfect, pleasant and personable. Wow the flavor and freshness of our meal was spot on. Most restaurants are experiencing many challenges these days and Flagler Fish Co. has handled them with grace , charm and professionalism. There is a Legacy here and the current owners are on track in keeping with that and the growing demands af our Quaint Beachside Community as it continues to grow. So if Fresh Fish is what you’re after... this is the place to be..Flagler Fish Company.More

This was our second visit here post COVID. The only good part of this experience was a great server. As we waited for a table we watched the outside hostess package the newly washed silverware with her bare hands (touching the part that spears the...food) of course and seat people out of order and inside/outside preferences. Then, upon being seated inside I went to use the ladies restroom and had just noticed that same hostess enter and leave the bathroom rapidly. I went into the bathroom and the toilet was right to the rim getting ready to overflow with feces and urine. The hostess had just seen that and made a beeline back to her station without reporting it to a supervisor or putting a note on the door (out of order perhaps?). One of the fish cases was leaking water all over the floor but at least they out a caution sign in the middle of the puddle making customers aware. Our fish sandwiches were over cooked and dry! The asiago potatoes were wonderful however. There were too many health hazards tonight that will make me think twice about ever returning again. I sure hope the heath department doesn't catch you....or worse someone ends up sick.More

My wife and I found this small seafood restaurant with advice from a friend who is a long-time resident of Flagler Beach. Let me preface my remarks by saying that I opened and managed an extremely successful seafood restaurant in Fort Lauderdale some years back...called "Shirttail Charlies." And at my former restaurant we served only FRESH Florida fish, most of it coming from local charter boat captains who unloaded their catch at Shirttail Charlie's New River dock. Well, I must award high marks to Flagler Fish Company, as the grouper sandwich I ordered was probably the FRESHEST grouper I have ever tasted. On par with several Florida Keys restaurant, but surprisingly fresh (for Northeast Florida) nonetheless. Our server, Tracy, was friendly, attentive, personable and professional throughout our meal. The seafood in the ice-filled storage cabinet all looked "just caught," and we were considering coming back for a second visit during our Flagler Beach stay, but could not. Hats off to Flagler Fish, Tracy and all the rest of the friendly crew for putting out a superior product at a fair price in a charming small atmosphere. Doug & Jody M., Fernandina Beach, FLMore

Planned a lunch here on a Friday which I know is usually a busy day for restaurants so I wanted to get in early. I checked their website and it said they open at 11:00. Great! I called their number, however, to double check since...I know a lot of places are having trouble with staff. After two phone calls on my part, their phone number goes to a voice mail which will not let you leave a message...'mailbox is full.' Very annoying for a business, especially after trying twice. Upon getting to the restaurant at 12:30, the place was full and some people were leaving so obviously that phone recording was inaccurate as far as the place opening at noon. Again, annoying as I would have preferred to get there earlier had I known. Food was good, service was very good, but the place was extremely noisy and I found myself almost yelling in order to be heard. Would I go again? Maybe, one time just because the food was fresh.More

Husband saw this restaurant on a TV show. We went for a late lunch, early dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was instantly at the table, gave great recommendations. Had the fried shrimp basket for an appetizer and the shrimp was large and fried...perfectly and came to the table hot! Husband have the grouper with a delicious buttery sauce with tomatoes and spices, along with Asiago potatoes, that were delicious and sauté green beans. I had the New England lobster roll which was typical lobster roll. It was very good but with all the choices I wish I would have tried something else. You get to choose the style you want your fish cooked, the different sauces, and your sides. Everything came to the table hot and tasted delicious. Don't let the appearance of the place scare you off. The food is great and well worth it. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful. I recommend when your in Flagler Beach go for lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointedMore

My wife and I came here for dinner today…earlyish dinner around 5:30 and was told it would be about a twenty minute wait for an indoor table…ok. Maybe 10 or so minutes and she called for us👍. Our waiter for dinner, AJ, was at our...table promptly to take drink order. Brought drinks and asked if we’d been here before…no…ok, great and informed us of the days catch which was just about everything that lives in the ocean🙃! We ordered the Seared Tuna and Crabcakes for starters and munched on a small basket of kettle cooked chips with a fish dip that were placed on our table moments after we sat down. Very tasty chips n dip. The Seared Ahi Tuna was absolutely sublime and served with a bit of wasabi, ginger, seaweed salad and a soy-sesame sauce! Totally A-1 super fresh tuna…YUM! Get this if you love tuna sashimi! Crabcakes (3) were tasty but not a home run. I was expecting something with less bread or cracker crumb. They were served with 3 dipping sauces and a lemon wedge. For our entrees, my wife opted for the Steamed Mussels and a Caesar side salad. I got one of the day’s catch, Black Grouper, grilled, with Fried Cheese Grit Cake and Seaweed Salad. My wife’s dish was super tasty with a more than ample quantity of mussels! The Black Grouper…grilled! OMG…this was one of thee best fish dishes I’ve had! Perfectly grilled! Didn’t need anything added, even the lemon butter-caper sauce it came with! I think this fish came out of the ocean this morning! We’ll be sure to stop here for lunch or dinner next time we’re in the “ area”! For food and service we received tonight, I give FFC 2 thumbs up 👍👍 !!! Definitely worthy of your fish dollars👍More

Sign of a great restaurant is the amount of peeps in the restaurant. Was ready to order and was waiting for waiter to come. Went inside and saw fresh seafood. Nice size yellowtail snapper caught my eye and the key to fresh fish is the...color of the eyes. Definitely fresh fresh. I ordered crab cakes as appetizer and by far the best crab cakes better than Maryland. Order a whole fried yellowtail that was almost 4lbs. Wow this group was breaded and deep fried to perfection and had a lot of meat. The only thing left me disappointed was the desserts. Always room for improvement but wow. This place let me wanted to go back but im too far to turn back around. Next time.More

Like so many others have said, absolutely best seafood! We ate here 2 of the 3 days we were in Flagler Beach and it would have been 3 but they were closed on the Monday we were there. We had Analise wait on us the...first day and she was excellent! Very friendly and helpful with the menu. Second day we had Joe and he could use some help with his customer service. Seemed bored to be there and never once smiled. Everyone else was friendly. The key lime pie was the best I think I have ever had! Same room for it or get a slice to go, you won't be disappointed!More
