Just a little place in Vail, nothing spectacular but a perfect spot to grab a quick tasty bite for breakfast or lunch, I'm telling you the sausage sandwiches/hot dogs Swiss style are something to behold at least once. Elk sausage is fantastic. It's not fancy...but its damn tasty and I find myself wandering to grab a mid afternoon snack here often. If you want a quick bite in Vail this is my suggested stop.More
you can easily walk past this place, but if you notice it, stop in. You'd like the sandwiches and drinks. It's not very big inside, but its a nice, clean place. The staff is fun. The food portions are good sized also. It's a place...you need to try out because you'll be happily surprised by everything about this place.More

Went to Vail for about a week and spent most of my mornings here. The coffee is amazing, super foamy and super hot, just how I like! I also had the sausage, also pretty tasty! Love this place, great service.
We were short on time and hungry. Blue cow fit the bill. Sausage is tasty and nice beer selection. Place is small and very limited menu. However if you want sausage on a good roll and a beer, this place is it.
