I love to walk DT Tustin & this place was always busy. Finally made it for a Sunday breakfast. Had El Rockero - with a healthy portion of avocado & the rice was very flavorful/ delicious. Normally, I don’t give a shout out to rice...but it was better than most. Great breakfast, fantastic value & deal breaker- excellent coffee! The true deal breaker a family business, which by all accounts it appears they really enjoy & take pride in running it. The long line after we ordered affirmed this. I’ll be back for a champagne breakfast for fun!More

There was a very familiar type feeling to this Place. The family who owns the restaurant are there most of the time, and they are very kind. I always get the Chiliquiles Verde. They never disappoint! The amount they serve always gives me leftovers and...I don't mind at all. It is a very popular place, and it is on a small corner in Old Town Tustin, so I suggest arriving closer to opening. The only negative I have is that if you get there late, people will take chairs from your table with no regard for you having already placed your order number on the table. One male customer seemed upset that I arrived before him and he saw me take a seat. When I got up to get a napkin and came back, I noticed he had taken the chair I was sitting on, leaving me with nothing. So I don't enjoy other patrons who act that way, but the food is terrific, and the owners seem great too. It 's a little too crowded for my liking, so I just order my food to go.More

I found a gem in my backyard. My son shared this location with my wife and I today and we loved it. Talk about the local gem to have a great breakfast. This is what I look for when I travel and we have one...in OC. The food is authentic Mexican cuisine and the vibe local hometown feel. I had the Asada burrito with the spicy salsa on the side so I could control the heat. Excellent!! Loved my vanilla cappuccino and the orange juice freshly squeezed. Definitely a must traveling through OC/Tustin.More

They advertise one of the best breakfast burritos in Orange County. So I ordered one and they were correct! Indoor and outdoor seating both with great atmosphere. Fast and friendly service and great tasting Mexican food.

We've gone here a couple of times. They are located on one of the main streets of Old Town Tustin and it's a shop opened by the wife who wanted to share her family recipes. The husband smartly went along with it. This is one...of the better "real" Mexican restaurants in Old Town. I particularly like the outside tables.More

What a great find! We needed to grab a quick bite so we called our order in and ate under the shaded area across the street. We were happy we ordered ahead since there was a line flowing outside to the sidewalk. We ordered a...carne asada taco meal and a burrito and everything was delicious! I was able to go straight to the counter to pick up, and the service was very friendly. Looking forward to eating here soon again. Small note: My husband said he'd order the burrito with less beans next time.More

Our favorite go-to for a quick Mexican breakfast. Chilaquiles is a favorite along with a Dirty Horchata --house made Horchata with espresso. Order and the food is brought to you.

Very decent Mexican food for breakfast and lunch with primarily outdoor dining. Popular Sunday brunch. Order and food is brought to you. No groundbreaking Mexican specialties but the huevos rancheros are fine. The food is quite spicy.

One of the best Mexican breakfast I had had. Everything was so flavorful. Both my wife and I said this was great. Service was a little slow and a little pricy but it was so good.

Small family owned and operated restaurant open for breakfast and lunch (closes at 2:30). Staff always very friendly, attentive and the food has always been excellent. We've gone many times and have always enjoyed the dishes we have chosen. They have both inside and patio...seating and the old town Tustin environment is always a plus. Prices are very reasonable - great value. From time to time, they also have provided changes to their standard menu offerings for customers to try, which we found enjoyable and a great opportunity to sample new variations on dishes and give feedback on them.More

Incredible. Absolutely incredible. EAT HERE! We first discovered this wonderful little place in March after a weekend trip to Disneyland. It is between Anaheim and SNA, and we had time to kill. It was such a friendly place, that we decided to go again after...attending a boat show in Newport Beach. Easily accessible from all corners of the southland, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and situated in a charming area of California history. If you want to try it all, but have no idea what to order, just ask one of the very polite staff, and they will head you in the right direction. Each breakfast meal we have had has been terrific, hands down the most authentic and charming Mexican dinning experience we have ever had!More

visited recently for lunch with a girl friend where we split the breakfast burrito and the chilaquiles with green verde sauce. both were very good but chilaquiles, which I had never had before, were very tasty. staff were very attentive. place has limited indoor seating but...quite a bit of outdoor seating to enjoy the warm southern California weather. it's great that finally old town Tustin is getting some cute and tasty dining options which seem to be family owned.More

My Husband and I visit this place often for their Chilaquiles Verdes. The restaurant is small with limited seating so we try to arrive early in the morning since it gets pretty busy. They have freshly squeezed orange juice and house made Horchata. Definately worth...a try.More
