We stumbled on Salud while we were exploring "Retro Row" in Long Beach! What a find. We have gluten and dairy allergies and could eat almost everything in the cafe. The staff is so helpful and gave us great recommendations. Would highly suggest coming here, especially if you have specific dietary needs!

So glad a place like this exists in Long Beach. Acai, dragonfruit and other such bowls. Many juice concoctions. Some other fun finds like protein balls. Everything very high quality. The sorts and healthy and delicious food you find in places like Kauai but struggle to find on the mainland except high end locations. Great that it’s on Retro Row! Try something different and see how good it makes you feel.

If you are coming here for Smoothies or smoothie Bowls , you will not be disappointed. Some rave about the juices as well. We didn't know the kitchen closes at 6pm so be aware.

Not much to offer. It’s a bit overpriced. Kinda bland. Probably would have been a better choice to go to Starbucks

I've had juice at the location in Belmont Shore, but when I heard that this had opened in a worn-out old space in Retro Row--and it was lunchtime--I went. The space is hip and stark in a warm way. They even have a little mini-nook for kids! The counter staff is very nice--you can take the food out or eat in--they'll bring it over.
I had cold-brew coffee and the macro bowl--kale, yellow squash, black beans, avocado, spicy sauce, and rice made from cauliflower. Cauliflower has never tasted so good--in fact, I can't remember cauliflower ever tasting good, but it did here. Filling, yet not stuffing!
I'm not vegan, but who cares? I'll be back!
