Best pizza in town. High grade ingredients, authentic (they make their own cheese) and knowledgeable staff make a winning combination. The food is high quality, the place is clean and simple. A true gem of Niseko / Hirafu. We liked so much that repeated a...visit and enjoyed their food as much as the first time. Arrive before 5:30pm for last order and follow timings strictly. Check on google if they are open or close before going.More

They have a counter where you order and pay. Get your order when it is ready. And when you are finish you return all the dishes to the right of it and clean your table - they have a cloth on the table as an...advisory. A nice Japanese rural system. Would be great if the whole world practice this. But the pizza is one of the best and the salad and its very light dressing and crisp vegetable is one of the best. Coffee can be stronger. Water, hot sauce (very good) and chili oil is self serve. But the view from the huge winder is just amazing. Leave some room for dessert which you will get from the bake shop in the area called Farm Milk Kobo.More

The pizzas here were delightful and the cheese they used was so delicious. Would definitely recommend this place to cheese lovers.

One of the gems of Niseko! Reasonably priced but more importantly, the cheese used in the pizza is fantastic!! In fact, the view alone is worth the price of the food. Nothing beats enjoying a slow lunch by the huge windows overlooking the snow covered...background!More

This is nice modern place attached to the cheese making affair so you can walk past and watch the cheese makers in action through the glass barrier. The restaurant is self-serve but we'll set up and easy with English Menus. The salads were small but...very good and cheap. The Pizza is freshly made to order so expect to wait as they prepare from the pastry up. The pizza ingredients and blends are good. They could maybe turn their over a 'Chotto' higher to cook faster and Chotto more. The taste is good and fresh tough they are not Italian pizza. I The outlook to Mt Yotei is spectacular, plenty of parking. A nice diversion from Ramen and Soba for lunch. Reasonable prices.More

Real high quality pizza freshly baked every time. Half the price of doubtful pizza at Hilton. Great view of Yotei. Great lunch place around niseko area.

Enjoyed our lunch at Mandriano, Is in the same building as a cheese factory. We walked over from milk kobo. Simple cafeteria type layout. Pizza oven behind counter, staff making fresh dough. Pizza was excellent. Also had the home made cheese and vegetables. Everything delicious.

Mandriano was a great find for pizza. It is probably the best pizza in the entire Niseko/Hirafu/Kutchan area. Better in quality than Niseko Pizza in Hirafu at half the price, and without the long wait, and far better than any pizza you can get at...the Hilton Niseko a few minutes down the road (we ate pizza at all three places during our ski trip). Mandriano was so good we went two days in a row (and would have gone every day had we discovered it earlier). On my fourth trip to Niseko, I randomly stumbled upon Mandriano while looking for the popular lunch set at its sister restaurant Prativo in the Milk Kobo complex. At Milk Kobo, I highly recommend the ice cream, pudding, and yoghurt drinks. For souvenirs, the financiers and cakes are also very good. We normally wouldn't visit Niseko in the summertime given more interesting attractions in the northern part of Hokkaido, but I am now thinking about spending a day or two in Niseko on our next summer trip just so we can visit Mandriano and Milk Kobo again. Note that Mandriano is a self-service restaurant (hence three stars for service), but they have plenty of cutlery, wet towels, and free water, and the entire eating area is very spacious with good natural lightning.More

I came here for dinner because it was recommended by a nice local lady at the hotel. I tried the mushroom and ham pizza. It was delicious and the cheese taste so good. I was told this area is popular for its dairy products. Reasonably...priced, ranges between 1,000 yen to 1,500 yen each, the pizzas comes in medium sizes, cut into 8 slices. There is plenty of space in the restaurant, operates like a fast food chain. The Niseko Village shuttle stops in front of the parking area.More

Great pizza. Clean quiet restaurant. Interesting decor. Walk-in. No bookings. But there is plenty of space until word gets out how good it is.
