Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. This is a great BJ's location. We've eaten here before when we were in Bakersfield and both times have been great experiences. The waitstaff here is top notch. The food is great and we're amazed at how the kitchen staff can get the food out as quick as they do. Our orders are always just right and it's nice to have such a reliable place to come to whenever we're in town.

Great food and excellent service!! Our waitress was Fabulla A. Super sweet and very informative! She was quick and efficient. She sold me on the Berry Burst mixed with BJ's Jeremiah Red. Sooooo delicious. I highly recommend. I had the Thai peanut noodles. My fam had the chicken parm and my kiddo had wings. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Can't forget the Chocolate chip Pazookie. 🤌

Our server, Fabulla is THE BEST! My husband and I are always glad when we get to have her. She is kind, knowledgeable, frequently checks on our needs, and has such a calm and friendly demeanor. She is the hardest worker I know!

Prior to COVID, we dined here weekly. Now, post COVID, with no restrictions on masks and distancing, why do they still have crappy paper menus with such small print that’s extremely difficult to read. And COVID must still be the excuse for lousy customer service because that’s what we got. Gone is the friendly, attentive, knowledgeable team of yore, replaced by a cadre of lackadaisical people that basically couldn’t care less about your desires and needs. I understand the challenges the food industry has faced and is facing now. Just my observations about this particular past favorite spot.

I have been here 3 times I have never ordered there steak today I came with my husband his first time and the food was not that good the steak was really bad it not like my husband ordered pizza it was also not good to much bread not enough cheese at all really did not enjoy the main course did order appetizer the egg rolls those where very good.
I want to say our waitress was HANNAH she was great love her attitude nice and thoughtful thank you HANNAH.

We come here very often and we have good and bad experiences with the food and staff. But I will tell you our waitress Amy Huff has always been the very best. Even when we have not had her as our waitress we have seen her go above and beyond for other customers.
