I've been to Petra for business a few times this year, and I've spent a total of more than 2 months there.

Every morning, breakfast at Aloe Vera Restaurant has been delightful. The cuisine is delicious, the service is attentive without being overbearing, and the eating area is cozy. Great lunch near the Petra gate

Delicious lunch in a clean, quiet restaurant just steps from the main Petra gate. The starter salad was huge with very fresh tomatoes, peppers, olives, and cucumber in an oregano dressing with delicious local cheese.
