We had great cold mazza and falafel. The best hummus we had so far in Jordan! Additionally we received an extra dish and tea for free - also very tasty!

I would like to recommend Al-Mehbash Restaurant. If you stay in Petra or if you have some free time it's really worth to come in. We ordered only two types of traditional sandwiches with a chicken but it was really filling and delicious. In addition...we got teas with mint for free - really nice and encouraging. If I could stay in Petra one day more, for sure I would come back to this place :)More

After reading reviews the night before, we popped in for lunch after a long day walking around Petra. We were not disappointed!!! Absolutely delicious food - the different rice flavours were amazing!! Service was fantastic too. The portions were enormous but they were kind enough...to let us box up what we couldn't manage. I had a great meal at Al-Mehbash Restaurant, located on the tourist street near the center of Wadi Musa. The lentil soup was seasoned perfectly. The beef kebab wrap and fries were delicious. My server even brought me a free sampler plate of assorted baklavas...for dessert - those were amazing and some of the best I ever had. This a great place to have dinner after a full day of exploring Petra. Free Wi-Fi and credit cards are accepted. Highly recommend.More
