Fantastic food and service. We’ve been to Wadi Musa several times and this is by far the best restaurant we have been in - we ended up eating here 2 evenings in a row as the food was so good. Incredibly accommodating and friendly service...with plenty of choice for vegetarians. Mohammad was a brilliant host - thank you!More

Beit Al-Barakah was an absolutely fabulous choice for our two evening meals whilst in Petra. The service was absolutely impeccable, as our English speaking server, Mohammad, catered to our requests. The food was amazingly fresh and tasty! We live in Amman and are frequent visitors...to Petra and will absolutely be returning. Menu caters to meat eaters and vegetarians alike! Chef is willing and able to make tweaks as requested. Yay for happy tummies!More

Just had the loveliest lunch at this restaurant after hiking Petra. The service was impeccable and I had the best falafel sandwich platter I’ve eaten in Jordan! Wrapped in crunchy shrak bread, mmmmm. Lemon mint drink and a nice tea after. Highly recommend!

Have visited the Beit Albarakah a number of times as it is right next to my hotel, the very comfortable Al Rashid, and has stayed open for those few tourists left after the closing of tourist sites and the cancellation of flights due to Corona...virus. For me it has been a nice little oasis of calm and pleasant surprises. For a start I ordered a cappacino and was presented with a beer-mug size glass of foaming deliciousness that tasted something like a hot chocolate-cappacino blend. I have ordered one every day since. I have also enjoyed a steaming big bowl of mushroom soup, delicious hommus and tabouli, sausage and egg sandwiches, and a massive Jordanian meal of Maqluba (rice and vegetables with, in my case, chicken, which I dipped generously in a very nice white, lumpy yogurt). So I highly recommend this restaurant right in the middle of Wadi Musa, and hope that very soon tourist sites will reopen and everything can get back to normal. John (Australia)More

We were tired and just wanted a light lunch. The welcome was warm but the upselling was full on so we ended up ordering more than we wanted. Then lots of complimentary extras arrived, starters, sweets etc. Instead of being a relaxing respite we found...the whole experience overbearing and a bit stressful. I origionally posted this review as 3 stars (average) but have subsequently revised it to two stars after being bombarded with unpleasant messages asking me to take down my initial posting.More

My friend and I had a very lovely experience here. The hosts were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Food was excellent and we received free dessert. Price is also fair. Definitely recommended!
