Ate here with my boyfriend a few mornings and it was amazing. Loved the food, the very affordable breakfast prices (3-5 euros), the morning sun and the service. Absolutely worth a visit for breakfast!

Been here quite a few times and have never been disappointed in the food. They have an extensive menu, Italian, English, Indian and Spanish and also wonderful two and three course specials which are fantastic value for money.
We went for breakfast one day and lunch most days. The staff are incredible. The food is super value for money. I have nothing bad to say.
No visit to Fuengirola is complete without sampling the Sandpiper. The same as we remember from our last visit pre Covid. Excellent Early Bird Menu at €10.95 each. I opted for the steak, which I couldn't fault, and Lindsay opted for the Scampi, which she...said was the best Scampi she had ever had. Both opted for their excellent Lemon Merangue for dessert, followed by a cup of tea. No wonder this Restaurant is always busy, and the chances of getting in on the off-chance in the evening if you haven't booked are zero. Highly Recommended.More
We had dinner in the sandpiper Thursday evening,A glass of wine a pint followed with two three course meals and a bottle of house rosé for 65 euro, very good value.Food and staff were exiclent.

Ate here twice as a family of 9 (we had booked) great choice and good value (lovely white Rioja for €8.95). Friendly service and tasty food
We were lucky to Get a table 2 nights out of the 10 we were in Spain …that shows you how popular this restaurant is and rightly so. The food is amazing as are the staff Connie, in particular, is so helpful and has such...a lovely way about her. If you are in los boliches, give it a visit ( but book in advance) you won’t be disappointed!More
Very nice food. I am usually dissapointed with Spanish restaurants but this one exceeded expectations. Had nice pil-pil prawns, which were correctly rinsed which is unusual in Spain. Salmon in lemon sauce as main was also good. Best restaurant in Fuengirola so far. Waitress was...active and polite.More
Four of us arrived at around midday and wanted to sit in the shade. The restaurant was busy and the table available was only half in the shade but we sat down. Without us asking, 2 mins later the owner asked us if we would...like to move to another table completely in the shade. 2 of us ordered the English breakfast which was great as you could have it as large or small as you wanted. 1 ordered the hot beef salad (I’m definitely coming back for that it looked amazing) and another order was Philly cheesesteak burger which I tasted and it was amazing. Beautiful lunch and we will be back there soon - probably tomorrowMore
Visited this establishment Fri 1 July 2022 with friends The ladies had pasta which was lovely I had the fish and chips fish was processed fish out of a box very disappointed and tasteless Chip were home cooked and nice
Excellent food , great value and fantastic service. The menu is just brilliant. We visit every year we go to los BOLICHES and every time it is just the best. Would highly recommend the green Thai curry. Is amazing.! Yes the service can be a...little slow but to me that is part of the dinning experience, they do not rush you out the door. Would highly recommend.More
Over the years we have had excellent meals at this restaurant and last night was no exception. Saturday was busy, fortunately we had booked & got table outside. We all had the menu of the day, which we thought was very well worth the cost...E14.95 for 3 courses. Thank you, we will be back.More
The Sandpiper is a well known and patronized restaurant. However it seems to have it's focus on regulars which might explain the inordinate slowness of service, even if you do manage to be noticed long enough to place an order. Three times in as many...months I have brought visitors to dine there, only to have them leave in disgust, having been totally ignored by the staff. The latest episode involved watching a lady behind the service counter, who absolutely refused to look at, smile at, say Hello to, or in any way recognise a group of 3 sitting just metres in front of her. Other waiting staff whizzed past repeatedly without as much as a glance. Busy Restaurants are a good sign, and reports are good on the food in the Sandpiper. But basic human decency and friendship, especially to newcomers, seems sorely lacking.More
