We went to Elote several years ago at their old location. Loved their new location. We found Elote before when we asked where locals ate. Got the appetizer that's the name of their restaurant Elote(corn) Delicious! We bought the Elite Cookbook because the Elote Appetizer...is In it. Then we shared the Corn Salad and the Lamb Adobo. Absolutely delicious! The lamb fell off the bone. Our waiter Omar was great along with all their staff! Making reservations is difficult because they are so popular. Found out you can make reservations 50 days in advance. Make them on their website on your phone and you can add an alert. Put the whole time they are open. I did it for every day we were going to be in Sedona. We lucked out and got in. We will be back next year to Elote!!!!More

The restaurant definitely lived up to the hype. Both the drinks and the food were delicious. A bit on the pricey side but worth it for what you get.

Our friends made reservations for Elote Cafe two months prior to our trip to Sedona. The food is phenomenal and the staff is so friendly. It was one of my favorite memories from our trip.

After two wonderful dinners in Sedona, felt let down by our third evening’s meal at Elote. My “slow roasted” duck carnitas had chunks of chewy leg meat some with attached non meat pieces that were sinewy and crunchy. I doubt there was.any duck breast at...all. My wife’s corn tamale was too sweet without much flavor. We were very much surprised at our meals after reading the positive reviews. Will not be coming back. I should add the service was very good.More

We loved every moment of our visit. Our wait staff Eric was very friendly and attentive. Food is very flavorful, our personal favorites were the Elote corn appetizer and smoked chicken enchiladas. We also tried different Margaritas, Prickly Pear was our favorite. We loved the...place and highly recommend it.More

We had not eaten here since they moved. Reservations are a must! Call several weeks ahead! The staff is very nice! Emily was a big help! Good is excellent and the Margirirtas are wonderful! The Elote appetizer is incredible. My wife ordered the pork carnitas...and loved them. I ordered the carne asada. I wish I would have ordered the Lamb Adobo as I think it is better. We had the mocha chocolate pie for desert- killer!More

One of our friends highly suggested to go to Elote, so I booked Elote two months in advance for dinner the first night we were in Sedona. It did not disappoint. I had the prickly pear mezcal which was packed with flavor, I loved it....We had the elote appetizer (wow), buffalo mole (double wow) and beef enchiladas (triple wow). Too full for dessert, we had to take a doggy bag. It's slightly pricey, but it's well worth it for the quality. One of the best restaurants I've had the pleasure of experiencing.More

It is hard to compare this place to anywhere else. It is crazy busy and hard to get reservations if you don't know to call way ahead. But they try to accommodate you. They have a bar set up to handle 10 people and the...service there may be better than the rest of the place because your waiter/bartender in always there. The menu is very limited, but every item on it is both beautifully prepared and delicious. I had a duck dish that was wonderful and my wife had the chicken fajitas that she absolutely loved. The guac was the best in town and my corn chowder was wonderful. We split a chocolate dessert that was exceptional. Our bartender made me a couple of margaritas to my specifications and they were great and were my wife's standard ones. This place is not cheap, but it presents value because it is soooo good. And the ambiance is fitting. We love this place, maybe most because you can now make reservations and not wait in line for hours.More
