After living in La Fortuna for a few weeks now, I have gotten to try a lot of different foods and sodas. This one was is by far my favorite! The prices are great for the quality of food you get! I have come back...multiple times to try different things and everything has been delicious. You get lots of food that is high quality. I will definitely be going back here!More

We've stayed in La Fortuna for a good while and explored a lot of the different restaurants here in the area. The Red Frog is easily one the best; the service and food here are great. The coffee is fantastic and roasted in the front...every day; I'd highly recommend it! The deserts are great (especially the banana bread) and every meal I've tried here has been quality. We were visiting La Fortuna for a few days exploring the volcano, waterfalls, and hanging bridges. The first time we stopped at Red Frog was for an iced coffee after we ate lunch somewhere nearby. They made us the tastiest coffee with milk, vanilla, and...honey - with a super cute starfruit on the cup! Although we visited a lot of other restaurants and cafes in the area, Red Frog became the go to spot because of their huge menu (literally everything is delicious) and tasty fruit juices (passionfruit and soursop are my favorites)! Everyone working there is super nice (shoutout to Roy, Andreas, and Sosa) and I highly recommend visiting when you're in the area. The super burritos are fantastic, and try the omelettes if you're there for breakfast! The veggie one is amazing!More

We tried a few different Sodas while in La Fortuna and Red Frog was by far the best!! The food is so good and everything I tried had amazing flavor. Their Casadas and empanadas are to die for. I would recommend this to anyone visiting...La Fortuna:)More

Out of all the restaurants I have tried in La Fortuna this is BY FAR the BEST food to get. An absolute must have, Red Frog Coffee Roaster has a huge selection and all of it was so delicious. Their Carne Super Burrito was one...of the best burritos I've had. Everything is cooked to perfection and I always left feeling full and satisfied. You HAVE to try this restaurant!!!!More

We ate there a few days and it was so good we went back today! We tried the Casado and it was amazing. This restaurant is by far one of the best restaurants in the area. They use the best quality ingredients, make everything from scratch, and not only cook to perfection, but also decorate them beautifully. By the way, they roast their own coffee on a daily...basis and export them as well. They definitely know what they are doing and it’s going to be one of the high lights of your Culinary experiences in Costa Rica.More
